Solved, Player's personal pokedex registered an egg and pokemon seperately |

This happened a while ago, but I was wondering if anything could be done for this:
A while ago, I embarked on the Death of the World quest, using my ghost plate for it. When I hatched the egg, it remained a 'mystery egg' in my dex, while the Arceus [Ghost] dex entry has no egg registered for it. If i click, it will show the egg, but when minimized, it shows up as a pokeball, as if I've never seen it. Here's the pokemon in question that shows I should, theoretically, have the dex entry: https://gpx.plus/info/WbkTI And an image of what my dex looks like
