the pop ups on this thing wont go away and now they wont stop repeating every other min im getting a pop-up saying i have an egg ready to hatch thats the only thing i have the notifier set up to show me is eggs ready to hatch but it KEEPS telling me its ready it dosent wait like an hour to pop up again or something it waits less them 5 mins to pop up again (sorry for poor grammar)

Same thing is happening to me too, for the last 2-3 hours, and it's kinda annoying. I have set the extension to notify me about many things but it only informs me about one of them and it does so every 5 seconds, even if I close the notification.

It's happening to me as well. While I haven't been active enough here to have many changes, I still like keeping updated. But the constant pop-up every few seconds about how the weather is sunny is getting annoying.
If there's a need be, I can provide details about browser settings/other add-ons if that's where the problem is. --------------------  |

Happening to me too. Gah! I know I need to hatch that egg, I know the weather is sunny, I know I have 666 steps in the PokeWalker, you reminded me 50 times already!

It wasn't happening to me, but then my browser crashed (it'd been open nonstop for several days before this), I had to restart it, and when it did restart, this started happening. I don't know if this helps anyone get closer to finding the problem, but I thought I'd put it out there. In the meantime, I'm going to turn off the notifier altogether until it's fixed.

I'm in the "browser crashed, had to restart, getting popups like crazy" boat. Egg and Pokeball are going crazy, too.

Actually, delete that old thought. It's starting to happen now. Every 15 secoonds, it pops up:
Weather The weather is currently: Sunny. This weather type boosts Fire and Grass types, raises maturity for eggs, and penalizes Ice, Dark, Ghost and Water types. Seriously guys, can anyone fix this? It's disturbing me. (not that I'm mentally disturbed, it's just disturbing my browsing habits. Come on.) Yeah it's increased for me. It would pop up every two minutes or so telling me the weather before I went to bed this morning, now that I've woken up its happening every five seconds. I've just disabled it now.

This is happening to me now too but only after I had logged out of GPX+ and then logged back in.
Now it won't stop flashing the "Celebrating 5 Years" announcement lol. I even tried disabling the extension altogether and that didn't work either. --------------------   |

I turned of the chrome extension a few days ago because the pop ups were driving me nuts.

I'm having these problems as well. Worse, I can't change the options. I tried making it so stuff like the weather and trinkets wouldn't show up, but the options kept going back to the default. I had to disable it entirely because the message kept popping up about my pokewalker even though I selected not to get notifications about my pokewalker.

I'm having the same problem as well, and I don't wanna have to disable it, but I might do so temporarily just so it stops popping up.
 Hopefully Bidoof comes up with a patch or update for it sometime soon.
