 177 IVs holy cannoli!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Found my pokemon with the lowest IVs and i'm laughing  Lu Bu, my Aggron, who I named after the strongest warrior in the Three Kingdoms........ 30 IVs

Got an 11 IV Misdreavus once. Pity I released it.
As for highest IVed Pokemon, I think it's my 166 IV Zangoose? I'll have to sit down and go through my PC Boxes sometime. --------------------  |

My highest is a random 160 IV Lillipup. I was hatching Pokémon for the Unova Badge achievements, and then got that...
