My favorite water Pokemon from Gen 5 is Oshawott.

Note: To end any confusion, when you vote for a Pokemon in the poll for example Oshawott you're also voting for Dewott and Samurott, so basically your voting for that Pokemon and it's evolutions.

Oshawott and it's evolutions Dewott and Samurott, especially Samurott, in fact, of all the Gen 5 Water types, they are my favorite ones.

Keldeo because it's based on a kelpie which is one of my favorite mythological creatures. Unfortunately it seems I won't be able to get it anytime soon:(

Oshawott and Dewott are the only good looking Water-Types in Gen 5. The others are just... weird.
So I voted (surprisngly) for Oshawott.

Ducklett and Swanna are my favorites! However, Frillish and Jellicent are great to use in-game for their stats and type combination, even though their moveset definitely needs tweaking. :P

Panpour/Pansage. One of my favorite water-type pokemon in a while, then again I love most of them so I guess that doesn't say much, now does it?

As for Oshawott, not really a fan since its evolution is kinda weird. It turns into a samurai thing, then goes down to four legs. Not cool.

Tympole, 'cause Seismitoad is my second favorite 5th gen, right behind Galvantula. Jellicent and Samurott are good too though.

Oshawott or Tirtouga i think personally. Though admittedly i've only become a fan of oshawott since the anime. Always been a fan of turtles/tortoises.

If we want to be technical, Carracosta is a Stage One, while Tirtouga is a Basic Stage. Stage Two would be like Charizard, or any three-stage line that does not have a Baby Stage, such as Pichu or Cleffa, as further examples.

On-topic, however, I will have to go with Simipour. I used one on my first playthrough, and was a great help against the likes of Drayden's team with Blizzard. She gains my respect for that.

It's a hard pick, but Oshawott. His evolution line is great and I have a soft spot for the Pokemon thanks to Ash's Oshawott

Definitely Oshawott! I like the entire design throughout the whole evolution line. It's very creative of Oshawott to use his shell in his attacks. I don't think I have ever seen that with any other Pokemon lol
