My eyes hurt...try putting black outline on, and don't do such bright colors. Other people use different skins, you know.

Ok! Onto it, should be done in 15 minutes or so, maybe longer if I get distracted or shorter if I get it done quick but because it is custom pallet, I can't gaurentee it'll look as good as most others, but I will try my best!!
EDIT: Done! I hope you like it. I think the head needs a little more work where the colours meet, but, anyways, here it is:
