THE CHARIZARD ARMY

The original GPX+ Army is finally here. Welcome to the Charizard Army! As its name suggests, the Charizard Army is a army for Charizards. We also allow Charmanders and Charmeleons too though, cause we don't want them to feel left out.

History
The Charizard Army actually began way before the idea of GPX+ opened, (I say way before but it was actually about 3 months). It began as a collection of sprites made by myself and other very nice and talented people. After Caterpie CDB made a Dragonzard for the army, the whole story behind the Charizard Army began to take shape. This story, called Tales Of The Charizard Army, can be read here, (there is more than those first two parts, I just haven't thought of it yet). This story then spawned its own video game, cunningly named Tales Of The Charizard Army: The Video Game. A demo, (and some info about it) can be found here. Half of the full version is currently sitting in my laptop waiting to be finished, but I kinda got a bit bored of video game making. I'll finish it a some stage though, (if your reading this Pikazapper, it also means I kinda stoped work on the Kirbymon game for now as well). They also spawned thier own adoptables thing, but lets just say Squiby are bastards and leave it at that.

This all ties into GPX+ when I started breeding Charmander to make a Charizard Army on there. This was the first 'GPX+ Army' to be made, (hence the original ones tagline). The idea of making armies of Pokemon kinda grew from there after some other members took it and ran with it. So yeah, thats the end of this little history lesson. Interresting wasn't it?

Rules
Not much to say here. Just follow the forum and GPX+ Group rules and you'll be fine

Just fill out this wonderfully simple form, and your in. How easy is that?

Anyway, thanks for joining. I was thinking of setting up some sort of spriting contest, (since those seem pretty popular) to create a new member of the Charizard Army. Opinions?

Glad to see that there's interrest in a Spriting Contest. I'll get that set up at some point, but I'm currently working with Ulqui on a new RP, so thats taking priority at the moment
