Usually i find a legendary pokemon card in packs i buy... when i collected YU-GI-OH Cards i rarely got a Rare card O_o
Could it be too easy to get a Legend? |

Legendary Pokemon cards just have a "rare" rarity most of the time, and you always get one rare in a pack, it's not like it should be hard to get them like that XD Too bad some legendary Pokemon aren't too good

That's a bummer, I haven't done the card game for a long time, but I know that when I was still using the Pokemon cards, that the legendaries were very hard to get. You got lucky if you even got that Mew card from the Mewtwo movie. It is sad to hear that it has changed in that way.

Actually i got an Ancient Mew XD
But they did good with EX Cards. You would be as lucky as a man married to a Beuatiful girl to get an Shiny Pokemon card O_o |

By 'packs' are you referring to boosters with 10 cards or those starter packs with 60 cards?

Well I know what you mean...
I once bought a tin can of Dragon Frontiers with 3 extra boosters and every single one of them has Rayquaza ex in it  Then I bought quite a lot of Legends Awaken boosters, and found: - 3 Mesprit Lv X - 3 Mewtwo - 3 Regigigas - 5 Heatran - 3 Rayquaza And just got 1 Electric Lanturn... which I really loved, too bad I don't have Chinchous

I have quite a few legendaries myself (for me, holofoils are just cards that are shiny or have background pictures that sparkle or something :P):

To be honest, i think it's still rather hard to find Legendaries. I was talking with a kid in Wal-Mart the other day who'd never found a Legendary in his life. But then I got home and found a Dialga in the pack I'd just bought. o-0

I don't know if it's more to do with the rules than that the legendary cards aren't relly that good, but the world championship decks aren't exactly legendary heavy. if the legendaries aren't *really* that useful for the game, then having lots of them isn't really a problem, is it?
Or am I missing the point?

yeah, there for a while every starter pack had a legend in it, and every one of them sucked. the only good legendary I've ever seen is my mewtwo ex. I could beet any other legendary with any card in my deck. even the energy cards.

Is it a bad thing for Legendary cards to be common, or not? depends on the point of view. if youre collecting legendaries than its good cuz you can get tons to trade for others. if your collecting them for value it might not be so good cuz the value could go down if theres tons of rare cards in print, just like money. but i think theyre putting them there on purpose. once on a regular booster pack i got a lvl x empoleon o.O and i also got grass arceus in a regular pack as well |

I have a ton of legends, and I don't think I've even purchased more than 100 packs, hmm.
3 legend lx. X (2 arceus and palkia G) 3 holo dialgas (2 were promos) 1 promo palkia 1 promo darkrai 1 promo cresselia 2 promo arceus plus an oversized. 4 booster arceus 2 holo Giratina (one was a promo) and one rare giratina. So yea, I'm either lucky as heck, or legends are very abundant. --------------------         |

It's definitely much easier to get legendary Pokemon nowadays. Back when there were only three different pack types, getting a legendary was like winning the lottery (to me anyways xD).
