Since I don't care for Forms there isn't one. To join all you need to do is post the Badges of your pokemon. It has to be the BADGES thought, knowing the level of your pokemon is important for the ranks.

I think I'll put up the next contest. Beacon who won the last said he wanted Zubat, so that's what well dress up this time. Since it's the holidays I'll have the contest go till the 3rd or 4th of January. Like before only 5 items.
