Rattata. I had one on FireRed that was level 75. It was funny watching it take out such typically strong pokmeon. But I detest Raticate, so I kept an everstone on the little guy.

I'm always conflicted over evolving Dragonair. I love Dragonite, but there's just something about Dragonair that I like more. That, and I usually catch female Dratini, and I usually picture Dragonite as male, so I don't want to evolve it all the way.
Also, I've never had one, but if I had a Glameow, I would never evolve it. Purugly is very ugly. All in all, however, there aren't many monsters that I particularly like that I'd have a problem with evolving. What I find more sad is when there's a monster that I love that doesn't evolve. Growlithe.I was on a school trip and I've told my bro to hatch my egg and store the Pokemon right away.And because I already had a Fire stone told him "Don't evolve Growlithe or else..." and he evolved it!

Unless Teddiursa ever gets a split evo so it becomes a Polar Bear, then I'm not going to evolve it cause I hate Ursaring. Other than that, it would depend on the gender, I would never evolve a Female of any Pokemon that gets a bulky evolution (Aggron, Magmortar, Mamoswine... ect)

i will not evolve my skitty or nuzleaf. i was very attached to a skitty in one game, and when i evolved it, it just wasn't the same as my old skitty.

no evolve dragonair... no evolve snubbul (but i did so i got an egg to fix it :P) no evolve finneon
no evolve scyther no evolve togetic no evolve ninjask and i no like evolving quilava for some reason. Stupid, but i can't help it
