every time I click a pokemon/egg mine or someone else I get this massage:
"An incorrect referrer header was detected, so your interaction was not submitted" what do I do??? |

It's not a virus. A quick google search will show you what a referrer header is. If updating Firefox doesn't fix it, try clearing your cache and cookies.
If all else fails try going into your advanced settings (about:config) and making sure network.http.sendRefererHeader is set to 2, which is the default for Firefox. EDIT: Just in case more people find this thread for this error, try checking your firewalls and any other security systems (such as anti-virus).
