Diamond/Pearl just because of all the extra stuff and WiFi and whatnot. But, I liked some of the things you could do in Gold/Silver/Crystal a lot more. If they remade G/S/C with the possibilites that D/P has provided us, that would by far be my favorite game.

My fave would probably be D/P. By making this game, they showed us that the DS can go to 3Dish proportions and still look good. x3 I love the pokemon and the way of getting all of them on a single pack by transferring pokemon from your GBA slot. Also...you can catch Chansey easier now...XDD

I'm going to answer as if they were all just released individually yesterday for the ds with d/p graphics, everybody else should too, because I'm voting for region, not the graphics of the game itself, for that, I have to go for...johto, it combined the best of the old and new, not even counting the connection to kanto, johto was the peak of the pokemon fad, I know, but it was also the peak of nintendos creativity before they slumped into redesigning a pokemon and calling it "new enough"

I can't decide between Pearl, Emerald, and FireRed.

when it comes to pokemon generations the second and third ones ( Jhoto and Hoenn) are by far the best. Kanto is for newbyes and doesnt have much of imagination, and synnoth is just lame and exagerated

I like a lot of the new things they added to Diamond and Pearl, but I still love the Gold and Silver games. Come on, going to both Kanto AND Johto, with more gym battles and a longer game? Especially since that was the first time Pokemon had ever added another generation, and everyone was all excited over the new evolutions and whatnot. Good times, gooooood times.

Personally, I think all the main RPG Pokemon games were awesome in their own way... but If I had to pick a favorite:
Crystal Emerald Diamond Were my absolute faves. My favorite spinoffs were Ranger (I loved it so much I even drew a manga about it!  ) and Colosseum.

My favourite was indeed Pokemon Stadium 2, this caused a HUGE glitch which gained me a 14th and 13th box on my Yellow which was full of bizarre pokemon. and it also got me a very wierd 15th box on my crystal, (only when my yellow and Crystal was inserted)
