My favorite Water Pokemon is my favorite Pokemon of all time, Squirtle.

Note: To end any confusion, when you vote for a Pokemon in the poll for example Squirtle you're also voting for Wartortle and Blastoise, so basically your voting for that Pokemon and it's evolutions.

Vaporeon, my third favorite Water type (Floatzel and Samurott are the first and second respectively), and my second favorite Eeveelution (my first is Jolteon).

There are so many good ones, but I was enamored with Poliwag~! Poliwrath's Water/Fighting combination was really useful back in the days when dual-types were very few.

My favorite first generation water type pkmn (and second place for eeveelution) is always a Vaporeon (シャワース).

PS. My favorite eeveelution is a Glaceon...

Mine always has been Squirtle, actually. Poliwag is also a very cool Grass type, but Squirtle's just boss. Tentatroll is also pretty cool, I guess.

Squirtle evolution family wins because of the sheer originality of Blastoise's design, and Lapras comes second. Vaporeon and Magikarp are after that, the rest of them are a little unremarkable for me though.

But how can I choose? Horsea, Krabby, Magikarp, Seel, Squirtle, Vaporeon, they are all so awesome!

My favourite two would have to be Lapras and the Squirtle evolution line. Both of these Pokemon are amazing and I used to love using them in the games XD

Also Squirtle & Slowpoke. Squirtle's a pretty cool turtle, & the Squirtle Squad episodes of the anime made me like it. Slowpoke is just cute in a derpy kinda way.
