tey r huge!

This saves me from making a whole new thread!

[Latios] @ [NeverMeltIce]
[Levitate]
[Serious]
[EVs- um I'm not sure]
-[Dragon Claw]
-[Psychic]
-[Ice Beam]
-[Thunderbolt]

[Description of Pokemon]
This is a pokemon i'm using in Emerald, so I cant use Items like Wise glasses or expert belt.
It's really hard to get a timid nature for an one-off runaway like latios so I guess I'm stuck with serious.

Anyways, Latios is my Special sweeper, good for things like Heracross. Since I'm using him in the Battle fronteir, I won't run into things like Blissys, at least for normal people. A lot of the moves are self explanitory: Dragon claw and Phychic for stab, Ice beam to pwn dragons and thunderbolt to stop water types who usually know ice beam.

I;m worried about status effects and things. One small thing like thunder wave can put a dent in Latios' sweeping.
Advice?

Okay, back from my vacation >>

Get a Soul Dew. I don't care how you do it, just get one. Soul Dew >>>> any other item in the game. If you can't get it, then Lum Berry or Leftovers are your next best options. All your moves are fine, but Psychic could be replaced by something like Calm Mind or Recover, since currently you have no means of recovery. For EVs, 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe will do fine. Most sweepers have EV spreads similar to that, just so you know.

Lopunny @ Wise Glasses
Jolly
(not sure about EV's, I need more help understanding them shakefist.gif)
-Bounce
-Blizzard
-Jump Kick
-Thunderbolt

Description of Pokémon:
I'm currently using this Lopunny in my Platinum team and I also use her on Wi-Fi battles. She usually is my last hope against Pokémon that are tough to take down, she can survive plenty of moves that are very common and powerful such as Earthquake, Stone Edge and others.
Her variety of moves are either to take down or to inflict decent amount of damage to commonly use types. Bounce, for either fighting types or to avoid attacks that need two turns. Blizzard, for common use ground and dragon types. Jump Kick, for normal, steel, or rock types. and Thunderbolt for commonly use water types.

I know I need more experience (especially in EVs), I am also worried about her held item and Thunderbolt, I'm not sure what other held item or attack unsure.gif

D:

If I were you, I'd go with Wide Lense instead of Wise Glasses. But that may be just me, because with these kind of pokemon, I don't like taking risks.
Wise Glasses raises the accuracy of special moves by 10%, which is quite usefull for blizzard, although she now still has the risk of getting damaged when Jump Kick misses. If it misses, you'll recieve recoil damage equal to 1/2 of the total damage that would've been dealt if it was a hit. Think of the great damage she would suffer if it were to be used on a rock/steel pokemon.

If you use Wide Lense, blizzard keeps its 70% accuracy, which can give you a disadvantage if you were to use it, and miss, several times in a row…
As an alternative, I would suggest Ice Beam. Even though it's not as powerfull as blizzard, and does not hit all enemies in double battles, it can still punch these dragon and ground pokemon you were talking about quite hard.

I might come up with more help. If so, I'll edit this.

Hope that helped.
~ Fang

Eh ... it seems you've got the wrong end of the stick with Lopunny. Lopunny is a support pokemon, not a sweeper. This means it uses its moveslots to support the team, rather than to go all out offense. May I suggest using :

Lopunny @ Choice Scarf
Jolly - Cute Charm ( Essential to the set )
252 HP / 40 Def / 216 Speed
- Switcheroo
- Thunder Wave
- Toxic
- Substitute

Possibly the Ultimate annoyer. You can use this as either a lead, or a mid game disruptor. The EVs give it maximum survivability, whilst 216 Speed EVs hit a jump point and allow it to outrun all positive nature base 100's. Cute Charm gives Lopunny the ability to use Choice Scarf, meaning it can switch in on a Mence DD and then slap a choice scarf on it as it proceeds to DD again, as most Mence will see Lopunny as set up fodder. This instantly forces a switch, which allows Lopunny to set up a sub and then use Toxic / Thunder Wave to cause even more havoc.

Hope I helped ^_^.gif

Maybe someone could give me tips on how to improve my Sceptile? cat.gif
I needed a grass-type for my party so its currently in training.

Sceptile @ Exp. Share (for training purposes... its only level 46 and I'm battling enemies over 60)
Overgrow
Hardy
???
-Leaf Blade
-Cut
-Pursuit
-Slam

Its moveset is still pretty much random moves its learned through level-up, I mostly end up using Leaf Blade which is its best (and only) grass-type move. It was learned Cut while traveling one day to get past bushes.
Tips on other moves to give it (and how to get them..) would be appreciated:3 Note I don't really use defensive moves which only lower/heighten a Pokčmon's status and don't cause damage so I have no intention of teaching it that.

If this is for competitive play ( which I dont think it is ) you can use one of these :

Sceptile @ Leftovers
Timid
Overgrow
252 HP / 6 SpAtk / 252 Speed
- Leech Seed
- Substitute
- Hidden Power Fire
- Energy Ball / Protect

Standard sub seeding set. Needs no explantion.

Or

Sceptile @ Leftovers or Life Orb
Jolly
Overgrow
6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Speed
- Swords Dance
- Leaf Blade
- Crunch
- Brick Break

Swords Dance sweeper. Crunch and Brick break give perfect coverage and Leaf Blade provides a nice stab move.

Since this looks like an in game pokemon, might I suggest :
- Leaf Blade
- Thunder Punch
- Crunch ( the cpu barely ever switches )
- Dragon Claw or Brick Break

Crunch is a pretty nice move but it can't learn it.
Not without breeding at least which takes too long... not just because I don't want to train a Treecko from the beginning but also because all my Treeckos are male.

Then I'd say use Leech Seed or Night Slash.

I really don't see the use of Substitute on that set. Use Aura Sphere over it, or Nasty Plot is another option.

God. When Black Ice said post a pokemons moveset and EVs, I dont think he meant rip them from smogon. I mean seriously.

Try this instead :

Togekiss @ Leftovers
Serene Grace
Calm
228 HP / 176 SpDef / 106 Speed
- Air Slash
- Roost
- Substitute / Aura Sphere
- Thunder Wave

The HP EVs give the maximum leftovers recovery point for Togekiss. 176 SpDef, being a jump point, is pretty much self explanatory. The Speed EVs may seem wierd and out of place, however, they allow you to outrun Adamant TTar. This means, as long as you know the opponents Ttar is a DDTar, you can outrun and paralyze it, rendering it practically uselss. The Speed EVs also help you outrun most walls, meaning you dont need to paralyze them and you can just fire off stabbed air slashes.
With the moveset, I used yours however, you could use Aura Sphere to hit thosee annoying steels and TTar harder.

Shuckle really needs all the HP it can get. I don't know how well Power Trick works, but it seems like a gimmick move to me. Maybe Encore or Stealth Rocks could replace it, but if it works for you then that's fine.

EVs: 252 HP / 208 Def / 28 SpD

Looks good. Fire Fang could go over Ice Fang since Stone Edge covers Flying-types and Fire Fang itself covers Grass, though. It also provides coverage against Skarmory, Bronzong, and Jirachi.

SoulSilver Knytes

Blaziken @ Quick Claw
Ability: Blaze
Nature: Impish
EVs: (I have tried and failed to understand this concept on numerous occasions -_-2.gif)

Moveset:
Flamethrower
Earthquake
Aerial Ace
Sky Uppercut

I don't battle over WiFi or with other people at all, so this is purely for in-game purposes, namely the Battle Tower. She's often used as a lead, and to take out most Pokémon with high HP and Defense. I consider her to be my powerhouse, but I was just wondering if there were any improvements that would be worth making to her?
I'm usually terrible at picking items so I gave her a Quick Claw to have her hit hard and fast.
