Plot Summary (click to show ) Anybody else watch this? It's like a buddy-cop series with super heroes, very western influenced as well. Anyway, it's a relatively new series (its first season is just ending, 2nd season in consideration) and pretty easy to get into. You can even watch if FO FREE on Hulu. But yeah, anyway anybody else watchin'? -------------------- |

I love all the porn people are making out of this show (which is why I took a look at it). I've only watched the first episode, but I plan to see it once the dub is finished.
Anyways, first impressions? Most of the characters aren't anything but flashy stereotypes, but I think Kotetsu can carry the show on his own. It's impossible not to like him one way or another. The only down side to this is that I fear the show will spiral into silliness very quickly. Tiger and Bunny rub each other the wrong way, jokes happen, things explode, and very little gets done. If conflict and some deeper elements are introduced quickly, then I have high hopes for it. -------------------- |

Well your hopes should be met, then, as it does take the more serious route, rather than play the relationship between the two of them for laughs. And the other heroes get more development as it goes along, too :P

This is suuuuch a late reply but I loved Tiger & Bunny. I was watching it around the time it was airing over hulu like you and I really enjoyed it! It was fresh take on the whole superhero/superhuman dynamic by making them commercialized which I thought was pretty realistic when you get down to it.
Plus it was just so comical, and had a pretty genuine suspense to the plot. I haven't watched the dub or the movie but it was definitely a nice little series. -------------------- |
