hey everyone! my name is ash, but some people call me matt too! i'm a 22 y/o aspiring artist and video game + cartoon reviewer (bc i don't really like the word critic) from massachusetts and i use they/them pronouns primarily, but she/her is fine too! just so long as you don't refer to me as a girl or a woman or anything to that effect.

i originally joined gpx+ with my girlfriend about a year ago, but almost immediately after i did, life got pretty hectic and i wound up drifting away from a lot of social media and adoptables sites in general. i was reminded of it just recently, and i'm working to get my schedule back under control, so here i am! my girlfriend's along for the ride again too, as well as her sister. we've been having so much fun just gifting each other trinkets that we find and think we'd like, and i've already been lucky enough to hatch a shiny of my absolute favorite, so i'm psyched to continue hanging around!

pokemon is Super near and dear to my heart and i've been playing the games and watching the anime since i was around six or seven years old. i also do a lot of pokemon roleplaying and it looks like there are some boards exclusively for that, so hopefully i'll fit right in!
