Well, after beating the Elite four, I decided to make another team (Same File) just for fun. Also most likely going to be used for Single Battle Subway.

Adamant Mienshao @none
Ability: Regenerator
U-Turn
Jump Kick/Drain Punch
Acrobatics
Rock Slide

U-Turn for HP Gain with Rengenerator. JK/DP for stab, Acrobatics/no item because it's beasr, Rock Slide to counter Flying Types.


Modest Volcarona @ Wise Glasses
Ability: Flame Body
Quiver Dance
Heat Wave
Sunny Day
Solar Beam

Sunny Day to Power Solar Beam and Heat Wave. Quiver Dance to boost Sp Attack, Sp. Defense, and Speed. Heat Wave for Stab, Solar Beam for Rock and Water Types


Calm Vanilluxe @ Leftovers
Ability: Ice Body
Toxic
Light Screen
Ice Beam
Mist

I'm using Vanniluxe for a more supporting Pokemon, because he doesn't have a wide range of attacks, all damaging attacks are either Normal or Ice types. Toxic for obvious reasons, Light Screen for Sp attacks, Ice Beam for STAB, Mist for support

This will only be a team of three (Single BS)

Mienshao and Volcarona look fine to me, though I personally prefer to use jolly natured Mienshao over adamant.

I would also like to point out another possible builds for Vanilluxe:

Calm Vanilluxe @ Leftovers
252HP/252 Sp. Def/4 Sp. Attack EVs (if you are EV training them)
Ability: Ice Body
Hail ~ sets up Hail, allowing for recover thanks to Ice Body and gives Blizzard 100% accuracy
Blizzard ~ Hits harder(than Ice Beam) and has 100% accuracy in Hail weather.
Acid Armor ~ sharply raises Def stat making into an even better wall
Protect/Hidden Power/Flash Cannon ~ Protect basically stalls recovery + damage from hail, Hidden Power could give you another offensive move of different type, Flash Cannon just another option for an attack move.

Bold Vanilluxe @ Leftovers
252Def/252 Sp. Def/4 Sp. Attack EVs (if you are EV training them)
Ability: Ice Body
Hail ~ sets up Hail, allowing for recover thanks to Ice Body and gives Blizzard 100% accuracy
Blizzard ~ Hits harder(than Ice Beam) and has 100% accuracy in Hail weather.
Protect ~ Stall for recovery while dealing damage from Hail
Hidden Power[Water]/Water Pulse ~ Provides coverage against Fire/Rock Types.

6-7/10 as Vanilluxe could use some work, at least in my opinion.
