[i]I crossed out Surf because if a Weavile uses a Special Attack, even one with a high Base Damage, it won't really hurt. I replaced it with Brick Break, which you

can get from a lady in the Icirrus Pokémon Center, so that you will have a stronger hit on other Dark-, Ice-, Steel-, and Rock-types, Steel-types in particular will have no

problem dealing with this set because Surf won't be hurting them much. Plus, you'll be removing field effects such as Reflect and Light Screen if you don't use it on

Ghost-types. Ice Punch and Night Slash are great STAB moves, so I won't touch them. False Swipe, however, can be replaced by Swords Dance if you want more power in

your moves. You can get it in the Deamyard from one of the Seven Sages.

Flamethrower is an awesome move, and it is your general killer. Even though Salamence's SpA is lower than his Atk, it's still fairly high. Fly may seem like a nice option, but

with its 95% accuracy and the need for two turns, you'll find that Aerial Ace is a much better option if you need good Flying-type STAB. You can get it by

defeating Skyla (which I'm sure you've done) and talking to the Youngster in the house behind the Pokémon Center in Mistralton. If you want more power and accuracy,

stick with Dragon Claw (the move relearner's in Mistralton and you'll need a Heart Scale, if you want to teach it by a TM, the TM's in the Victory Road), but you will

lose the ability to force switches.

a Heart Scale if you want it, and the Move Relearner is in Mistralton. Toxic here is crossed out for a reason: if you hit with Poison Jab and the foe is poisoned, you'll

have a wasted moveslot. Night Slash is there for coverage. You'll need another Heart Scale. Rock Smash is Skuntank's only way to damage Steel-types if you choose

Explosion over Dig so... it's needed.

One thing I should tell you: You don't need three Fighting-type moves, dude. Swords Dance is there to boost Lucario's already awesome Attack to godly levels. You'll need

a Heart Scale, but if you prefer to teach it by TM, go to the Dreamyard and find one of the Seven Sages. He'll (she'll?) give a TM containing Swords Dance. Extremespeed is deadly after a Swords Dance, and also your chance to hit Pokémon hard before they can strike you. Earthquake is one of the most awesome attacks ever created, so that's good. Finally, Close Combat is a very powerful attack, so why don't we boost it with Swords Dance and see how many Pokémon it can kill before it runs out of PP? Extremespeed and Close Combat require Heart Scales, however, but with Lucario's deadly power, even a Swords Dance-boosted Earthquake will do catastrophic damage.

Replace Discharge with Thunder, a stronger move with bad accuracy, but with Compoundeyes this is remedied. Thunder can be bought in Icirrus for 70,000, but now that you beat the Elite, you should have lots of money. I don't know how you utilize Toxic, but maybe you put Toxic on something you can't kill.. then switch? Energy Ball is there for Rock- and Ground-types. You can get it in Route 12. Bug Buzz is awesome STAB, also a way for getting rid of Grass-types, right?

Your team is great, but 2/3 of it is weak to Rock. Anyway there's Lucario. Also, because many of the moves I listed there needed to be relearned, you need a Super Rod. More information about Luvdisc's locations here. Oh, and feel free to critique my critique. I'm rather new in these things.
