Oh! Besides Pokemon and Final Fantasy series, the Tales series video games are some of my absolute faves <3
Tales of Symphonia is one of my favorite games in the world!!
So let's discuss, since none of my real life friends ever play it!

Same here, Tales of Innocence is one of my favourite games. Though it kinda sucks that the Tales games for the DS haven't been released in English. (Tempest, Innocence, Hearts) I wonder if it ever will be.

I love the Tales series, they are probably one of my favourites. There's so few people I know who actually like them or have heard of them, but I think they're absolutely awsome. Nice to see people at GTS like them though, I was starting to get worried that I was the only one. Tales of the Abyss, ftw!

Zelos from ToS is one of my favorite video game characters of all though.

I played ToS, ToS Dawn of a New World and a little of Tales of Vesperia, only in multiplayer for the last one.

Loved all three of them. I still need to get my friend to lend me ToS and Dawn of a New World...

My favorite characters are Presea for ToS and Repede for ToV.

I just love being a little girl with an axe. XD

And they changed like all the voice actors and Zelos didn't play as much of a major part. >:

Tales of Symphonia was okay, but I still prefer Tales of the Abyss myself, though that may be biased on the fact that it's the only one I've actually completed a full play through on. I've only played the other Tales games at a friends house and I can't find them at my rental store either. I really need to though, it's becoming almost an obsession now.

I was introduced to the series with Symphonia, which I absolutely adored, and while I try to keep up with it, I haven't played too many others. ;_; I've played Abyss (my favourite) into the ground and collected/completed eeeeverything in it. Then the only other one (aside from Symphonia) that I've beaten is Vesperia. (PS3 release for that = do waaaant.) I've played Symphonia's sequel, Legendia and Phantasia but never finished them. I just can't get into any of them. The rest of the games... I haven't even touched before. u_u;;

I'm watching the fan-localization of Innocence that's been in the works for a while and hope to play that soon. I also wanna import Tales of VS but I'm a bit tight on money and the Tales series isn't one that I overly enjoy in a foreign language. (Which is why VS is the only one on my import radar since a fighting game can't be quite as plot-intensive. xD)

I got Tales of Symphonia when it first came out. It was love at first New Game. (lame...) I have played ToS2...I say this now...not a fan. It didn't do the first one any justice at all. I mean I kinda liked the expansion of the world...and the kinda add-ons to the story of the characters that we had grown to love. But the major change in voice acting irked me to no end...Also they teased you with having your old favorites in your party...but you couldn't do anything with them...they never stayed...they always broke your heart...

Emil (or however you spell his name)...wasn't a fan of him really. Ratatosk (once again can't spell his name...) kinda liked him...but the characters didn't really stick with me.

I've played Vesperiea and almost beat it...but then they guy I was borrowing it from came and got it back...

I have also played Legentia...one word RAGE!!! That game wasn't a good add on to the Tales Series at all.

I want to play abyss. I am also hoping that more Tales games will get released some time soon in the US.

I've only ever played Abyss and Symphonia, and mostly Abyss at that. My friends own one each, and Abyss would have to be one of my favorites. Guy is one of the most amusing characters out there, and I love to watch his reactions when things go wrong. The final sequence, after the end of the series, is very lovable, and I loved watching it.

I love the Tales Series. I've played all that have been released in the US, and own all of those except Vesperia. (Which will change if it gets a US PS3 release~) I really want Tales of VS!! I have the theme currently on my PSP.

Symphonia was my first, and it's still by far my favorite, and one of my favorite games overall. It pretty much lives in my Gamecube. Kratos is my favorite Tales character, though I refuse to be in charge of my party's healing, as NPCs do a much better job, so I always play as Genis.

I also really like Abyss. Luke is such a good character(I have a cute little charm of him on my cellphone!), and the story and graphics are beautiful.

I won't play healers either... except in Vesperia where I'm pretty sure I had to constantly switch to Estelle mid-battle (or set one of her healing spells to my shortcuts) in order to heal the party because for some reason, her healing AI was just awful. 8( Raven was my main healer in Vesperia and that's just sad lmao.

:] Abyss is awesome and totally my favourite. I have an Anise charm on my cell phone. \o/

See, I'm weird cause I own five Tales games but I've only played two of them (Symphonia 1 and 2). The others I have are Legendia, Abyss, and Destiny Director's Cut. But I've seen the Abyss anime, and then saw a guy live stream the ending, so I have experience with that plot...

Raine's my favorite chick, followed by Tear.

Seems this thread had been forgotten a little, but I couldn't help but post here when I saw it.

As you may have guessed, I'm quite the Tales of fan. These games are simply awesome. The first one I've ever played was Symphonia and I really enjoyed it, except that someone told me the whole story before I could even finish it. Thanks. But even if I knew how this was going to end, what were the relationships between the different characters and so, I simply fell in love with the game.

After that, I played Tales of Eternia which was... Kinda cool. I've forgotten a lot about it though.

But my all-favorite, the one that really impressed me was Tales of the Abyss. This one was... Simply wonderful. It's my favorite game ever since I've played and finished it, and even though I like a lot of other RPGs, nothing caught my attention like Abyss did.

Then I started Vesperia but I didn't finish it yet. I don't want it finished to I don't play it. How silly huh? So... I just left Zaude and now I'm supposed to meet again with the others. Something like that.

I also have Tales of Destiny and Tales of Legendia but I won't play them until I'm done with the other one. At least I hope they're good.

Oh and as a real fan, I also bought the Tales of Symphonia and Tales of the Abyss (of course) figures. I just couldn't resist.
