Question about the Repel |

Recently, I used a Repel. Afterwards I noticed that there was an egg that had the description: "A pale yellow egg with two pale red spots. It's supposed to be part of a pair." I realised what egg it was, one that I had gotten a long time ago at the lab. And recently, I got a lab egg with this description: "A white egg with a tan blotch on it. It's cold to the touch." I realized it was the exact same egg I had first gotten when I got my account. So here is my question: If the Repel keeps away eggs you've already obtained at the lab, then how come I see descriptoins of eggs I've obtained at the lab before?

the repels never work for me either... i have no clue why but i just decided not to use them anymore because they're a waste of money

I'm not sure if you guys are taking this into account, but now, when you use the Repel, a pop-up will indicate if the repel hid all the eggs the lab at that moment. It COULD be that you hit OK on the pop-up without noticing, then went and saw the lab again, filled with the same Pokemon it had right before you used the Repel.

Sorry. XP but that was not the case for me. The eggs are still random, but i remember the descriptions of some of my lab eggs and they occasionally appear in the lab. like yesterday, i got a seel egg, and i still have my lab seel (now dewgong) from my first few days of gpxplus.
