Hi !

My suggestion is something quite heavy and I don't have huge hopes on it, but I really wanted to give a try and see how it goes after being here for 11 years. My whole thread is based on the actual state of the game, and not as a random suggestion from somebody complaining or whatever.

I've talked about that with some friends as something random, but in the end, it's really something I'd like to share and try to see if something that can be done as a last update.

My idea would be to make interactions less dependant to others users with clicking back, while still being fair for everybody.

It's not a secret that the amount of online people is going down, even if the game is still active. But the issue is that it's impactive really active players, especially if they want to play a lot during a x1 day. To "solve" it, I just thought about giving xp to your own team when you click other people. Like if you get active during a day, your work will be rewared directly rather than relying 100% from other peoples.

The idea would be to keep the actual system of click back AND to add the new system of getting a little xp for your team while clicking others.

Of course, the balance here is important. My main idea was to have a really low amount of xp per clic (1-3 xp for eggs, and I still need to think for hatched Pokemon) and to reduce by a LITTLE the amount of xp you get by being clicked to keep things fair. That way clicking will help others AND you'll also help yourself. My numbers are just ideas and can be adjusted without any problem.

That way you can keep the interaction with others, keeping the idea and the spirit of the game, while making your work every day more worth for you. The time when you had like 80% of clicks back is now over.

I know the direction of not going for updates, changing the gameplay. But I really do think it's important to give the motivation for active players to stay actives (For example, at the moment I post this, during a SWSH, the 10th user with most egg hatched for today is 9, which is quite demotivating if you click a lot each day) and also make the game playable in the long term.

Maybe my post breaks the "don't suggest about Berry Feeder system" but I really do think it's worth to give a shot at. I really do hope to get some attention from devs and see that as a last little thing to work on to make the game more enjoyable in slow days.

Edit : Thinking about it, this could be an idea for a new item if it's better to not edit all the system itself, but bring it as an "option".
