So I came home to find that my daycare couple (Alolan Vulpix's) were randomly released and i dont know how... I would've remembered releasing them but I was just helping for the SWSH and I want to know why.

Hmm, are you using mobile or the regular site?

There's not much info to go on with here.

It may be that you accidentally released them, in that case, I'm sorry.

To expand on what Gryphaena said, some people accidentally release things on the mobile site because they think the Release button is for releasing eggs. The Donate button, however, does that; Release actually releases the breeding pair.

If that wasn't your issue (and since you were around for this long, I'd imagine that this wasn't your issue), then I'm sorry that happened to you.

Edit: I mod-viewed you, and it looks like you have a pair of Alolan Vulpix in your Daycare that were hatched two days ago. Are these a different pair?

I put in a different pair after and now they were released again :/

EDIT: and my logs don't say I released anything

Even if you accidentally released them, there should be an mention about it in your recent activity list.
The only released log is from Sunday, but your Vulpix pair "got released" after that. So it must be a bug.
