was just wondering... considering that there is no devices to change rotoms forms, does it come in different forms after it's hatched? or do you need to do something to change the form?

Have a look in the Dex, it says 'Rotom (___ form) - After waiting 5 days'. If you keep Rotom in your party for 5 days, then you will be able to change its form. If you want to change it again, then you will have to wait another 5 days.
