My all time favorite bands are Avenged Sevenfold, Hollywood Undead, Fozzy, and Shinedown. I've gotten to see each of them multiple times in concert, and own every CD by Avenged and HU.

I actually really like Kenny Loggins. He's been my favourite since I was little. I'm also very fond of Celtic Woman and Celtic Thunder though, as well as Owl City. (Especially his older stuff, for the simple reason that I've heard more of it.)
