During my lab search, i have encountered a salesman (same place as oldman and treasure chests) who offer me a slowpoke tail for 200000P$.
As i had lot of money, i buy it  (i am addicted )But, no theory for his function (in versions it's useless) And you, have you seen this smuggler?Have you accepted his deal?
