There are a few other ways. Minior can hatch with Stardust, so maybe try using Hatch Power and hatching some? You can also buy it from the Back Room or have a Pokémon return with it from the Underground. I can't quite recall, but maybe the Prize Shop occasionally sells them, too.

The backroom doesn't sell valuable items and the only valuable item in the prize shop is the star piece.
