Yes.I did play it.Ugh...and no there is no point.Except to survive and build. But when you get a little bit more experienced it's gets awesome.A frind made a huge mine and found redstone.I knew the circuits so I made a...Automatic door That's the alpha. The real one is online. You just build stuff there. Too bad my parents never let me buy a game and I have to play it Pirated and cracked T.T -------------------- |

@Vocaloid: Gah, creepers D| It seems like all the monsters I find are creepers - even when I'm in my fortress at night sniping stuff, at least half or two thirds of the monsters I find are creepers.
Sounds pretty cool - I've found several different biomes in my main world, but nothing with ice yet :/ I have found a few freefloating bits of land in the sky though XD I've got three main buildings: the first is my main base, built basically right next to my spawn point. It's got several rooms, a fortress off to the side (makes for good sniping at night when I'm off Peaceful), a mineshaft going down, and a lighthouse; then the other two are just little mining outposts, little more than a tiny cobblestone house with room enough to fit my crafting table, a furnace or two, and several large chests in, then with a room above made out of wood to house my bed. I think eventually I want a base in the sky. That would be pure awesomesauce. @marshtomp: Actually, the real game is in Beta right now - that's the survival one. Believe me, it gets freaky when you're down in a cave somewhere and you hear 'ssssss' from behind you. .___. The one online is just the free Creative version. I like the Survival version better since, well, you don't have unlimited resources. If you want to build with it, you've gotta go find it. Oh, and I found some lapis lazuli I've successfully crafted myself a portal gun, which does work... I just have to fix a small matter of the sound not working how it should. :/ (and yes, I did mod my game, before you ask. Backed it up too, just in case) Methinks once I sort that out, I'll go hunting for some more diamond... you can never get enough of that stuff. Maybe I'll craft myself a Companion Cube too, I dunno... I'll just have to see what strikes my fancy at the time. -------------------- |

Minecraft is absolutely fantastic. I've had it since Beta 1.2 and have built a number of buildings including a Pyramid
Multiplayer is hilarious fun especially with all the mods you can get for the servers. -------------------- |

I play too. The yogscast got me into it.Youtube them, it's hilarious. I met them online once...But I don't normally go online, because when I put my 'wonderworld' on, withing a week, someone had built a giant middle finger ontop of my castle I know they can do what they want, but seriously? That's one of the reasons I don't go online...I sometimes get my friends to go multyplayer! ther's normally about five of us, and we found a pocket of 6 diamonds! then we fought over who got them... Adam killed us all with dynamite, stole the diamond pic axe, and constructed a 'sky tower' to stop us from getting vengance! every time we dug our way up, he'd pour lava down at us, or make a dirt path in the sky! When he ran out of material, he came right back into our mansion and stole all the smooth, and cobblestone! It was pretty fun thogh
just interested, has anyone seen a creeper mob spawner? -------------------- 123 LET IT RIIIIP!

Defiantly the most surprisingly addictive game. I looked it first and thought WTF is this. Next thing i tried the old demo and it was so addictive. Starting to build a town online with my mate. Some of the maps you can download are awesome, found one which was Kanto rebuilt and there was a pokeball mod. So much fun with this game only found that Creepers seem to glitch and stay outside all day sometimes.

just interested, has anyone seen a creeper mob spawner? Here you go.... also, click on the message for the picture. That picture is fake, seeing how Creeper spawners don't exist and can only be obtained through hacking one on the game. And I don't believe that they glitch out too. Either you're too close for them to despawn or they just spawned in a dark place and wandered outside. Also, for mountain range lovers I advise the "Glacier" seed. Wonderful mountains. I got two bases on that map. -------------------- |

Eh. I bought it week or two ago and I like it a lot. Installed a few mods... such as pistons (fun!) and TooManyItems (you can spawn stuff) and I have a hacked (as in I spawned items & stuff in it) world and a normal one. Found an (almost) floating bit of land, pretty cool. Overall, best way to waste 15 euros =D
EDIT: QUOTE only found that Creepers seem to glitch and stay outside all day sometimes. Creepers don't burn in sunlight, they stick around all day to ambush you. =0 This post has been edited by Cycloneblaze: Jun 20 2011, 05:27 PM -------------------- |

I'm considering getting it, assuming my father lets me. I'd have to pay for it, since pirating is evil (then again, Notch is a member of the pirate party), and pirated versions are apparently glitched. The online demo is pretty cool, too, and it's fun flooding areas. It's a pain to undo, however. I want to be able to craft, so I want the free version. Of course, sitting at this computer typing probably isn't helping persuade my dad to get me the game.

Played this at my friend's house. Got bored of it after 15 minutes. I don't see why people are going crazy over this game, to be honest. :/

UTTERLY amazing. But I like Terraria better.
