[Actinium]

Plot:
PokeTown began when two legendary Pokemon built a town out of a long deserted tribe. Soon, the town was discovered by some old settlers. They lived in it, and built on it. Now, PokeTown has most of the stuff a real town would have: Librarys, Schools, Shops,
you know. Pokemon have modern technology, like computers and tvs. They lived happily, untill they weather went funny. Now, there are many storms and high winds. Sometimes a Pokemon is outside when the bad weather starts. and when they take shelter, they get attacked by wild Pokemon. To save those Pokemon, PokeTown now has a Exploers Guild, lead by a wise Gardevior named Wonder who may know something. You are going to join the guild on opening day, rescue some Pokemon in need, and maybe even stop all this trouble!

PokeTown Guide:

PokeTown has many houses. Every Pokemon has one. There are many shops, and yes, there are cars. There is also a pool, library, park, schools, and resturants.

Rules:
1. Normal roleplay rules. (No god modding, bunnying, etc.)
2. Dream World Moves and Abilities are learned/ gained at level 40
4. I make missions.
5. Please, don't go through a whole dungeon without taking damage!
6. The password for the sign-up is the number I skipped in the rules.
7. I am the Guildmaster.
8. I'll PM you if you level up!
9. Give me suggestions here or by PM
10. All PMD 1,2, and 3 items are here.
11: You can have more than one character

Other: Is a part a different color than usuall, or maybe a special past?

Personality: He is rather kind when you meet him,but when you hear the rumors about him that had been spreading around since he was a child,you don't even want to get close to him.Demon is rather snappy at those who screw something up or make trouble,but he can't help it.He tends to be liked by those who get close to him,even those who barely even talk to him.He absoluetly hates stereotypical people,like when people say 'Your a Banette,but you're not scary?!'.Those people are usually snapped at harshly by Demona.

Personality: Hinder is a gentle soul, but then again, he can be enraged at any moment, for the worst result. When facing a danger, he doesn't want to begin a fight a fight at first, but when he has no other choice, he may attack.
Other: Besides the fact that his eyes can glow bright red when he is fully enraged, he gets an amnesia on every eclipse, and on the full moon, for that day only. He gets an 'alter ego' for himself on that day. After it, he can't remember what happened to him that day, and the alter ego also passes away from him.

Pokemon: Dratini.
Name: Jenny.
Gender: Female.
Age: 16.
Level: 17.
Attacks: Dragon Rage, Twister, Dragon Pulse and Dragonbreath.
Personality: Jenny is considered to be spoiled of her own self. She likes to take it easy, and wants almost everything to go her own way. She doesn't listen much to reason, either, as she makes her own decisions about the situation. There are some people she respects, and gets out of her character for them, and becomes nicer while they are around.
Other: She has a purple tail, and the point of it seems to be warped in some kind of evil mist, which appears to be in a red color, surrounding most of it.

Personality: Cassidy is a go-getter who does not give up and is loyal. Like any other Plusle, she will cheer for her team and is usually happy. For some reason, Cassidy does not have a Minun by her side.
Other: When Cassidy becomes frustrated or threatened, she tries to hide it but fails and uses Discharge and anyone in sight.

Age: 30 (She trained very hard plus, don't you want a nice, pretty leader and not an old one?)
Level: 50 (She's guildmaster. Of corse she's of high level! Don't complain that she's is! <)
Attacks: Healing Wish,Teleport, Wish, Magical Leaf, Heal Pulse, Calm mind, Psychic, Destiny Bond
Personality: She is very smart, rivaling with an Alacazam. She is also nice, but can be slightly strict. She has trained very hard in her life (And ate some Joy Seeds and rare candies), so she is of high level at a young age. Her telepathy is very strong, and some rumors say she knows something about the bad weather. She wont tell though.

Other: She has purple eyes. She can also talk using Telepathy. She is guildmaster.

Sure! If you want to make one, fell free! And also, Guild workers have a min/max level of 30-45 and 40-50 for advisors and other helpers to the guildmaster. And finnaly, the Gardevoir in my Avi is Wonder. I found my old one quite lame so I made this one.

Personality: Stacey is excellent friend/cook. She has a kind personality and is quiet. The only time she shouts is when she calls other for breakfest/lunch/dinner.

Protect= You can never be too sure of somebody.
Hyper Voice= She uses it to call everyone for the meal.
Bullet Seed= Toppings for food.
Work Up=Everyone needs encouragement~
Fling= She gently flings an ingredient into whatever shes making.

Ok, good, but some attacks maybe? Just edit the post. Suggestion: Bullet Seed. She could use it for cooking. If you want it and it to be used like that, make an other that describes how.
