So... I probably just made a huge mistake, or a great investment. I just spent about 500k bells on turnips for 97 bells each. This is the first time I've played the stalk market and I'm scared.
 Hopefully one of my friends ends up with great turnip prices at Re-Tail this week. Knowing my luck, mine will have terrible offers. -------------------- [align=center]

This week I bought a million worth of turnips for 97 each.. If we have a good selling price, I'll post it on facebook, and yeah, hopefully others will announce how much the selling price is in their towns whenever they have a good one. --------------------  |

As one to occasionally have bad luck, I never play risk with the stalk market.
 Anyways I only bought some this week so they can rot. I'm focus on completing the encyclopedia (Have 16 bugs and 21 fish left.); so I can get the ant and fly out of the way. It's also been clear all day so if I'm lucky I can hopefully find a tarantula and/or scorpion tonight.Also now that I've unlocked most of the stores and there being no holidays this month, besides the Bug-Off on the 20th and my B-day on the 23rd; it has become kind of boring. (And I'd like to get the fruit that I'm missing: Apples, Pears, Peaches, Cherries.) So is there anyone willing to trade their friend code with me?  (I find it a little embarrassing as I haven't asked for someone's FC since Flipnote Hatena.) --------------------   |

Normally I wouldn't risk the stalk market, but I have enough friends who are also playing the game that the probability of not making a profit is tiny. I'm just hoping that I can eventually be the one with a great turnip price so I can pay them back for their generosity, aha.
I feel like I need a break from this game. I fully upgraded my house, completed the fossil exhibit and I have no bugs/fish to collect now except for a scorpion. But somehow, this game still calls to me despite every day pretty much being the same thing over and over. Hooray for routines, I guess. -------------------- |

My house is really lame at the moment so no screenshots from me lol. I absolutely love the amount of customization you can do in this one. Playing right now actually. I'm working on my house expansions then I'll get around to getting the furniture I want. I can't wait to get the QR machine (just learned about it this week). There's some talented players who have made some pretty awesome clothing.
@ Jen: Wow you're making me consider the stalk market now. I always passed on trying it in the GC version. Wasn't much of a fan of WW so I didn't play that one a lot. --------------------  |

I remember my first playthrough of that game, I'd waste hours playing. I remember growing attached to some villagers and happily beating up those I wanted to leave for...whatever reason. I was really satisfied when I gained a perfect town status...and then I deleted it so I could download another digital game. *sigh*...Oh well. As far as I was concerned, I was finished with the game.
