After you scratch one card, it isn't very clear that you need to re load the page to use the next. It isn't mentioned anywhere. And once you do work that out, it remains an un-designed, awkward kinda process. I propose that a refresh button be added to re-load the page in a manner that makes it clear what you're doing - or even better, using AJAX to load only the new card. (And yes, I'm aware how minor this is.
 )

I agree this could be useful, I think I forgot to use all of my Scratch Cards back in August because they don't refresh.
