The infamous Lumiose glitch?
One of the nicest things of the VC version of Pokémon RBY is that all glitches from back in the day are still present! There's one glitch in particular called 8F which its basically a glitch that acts similar to a Game Shark, as the glitch itself is capable in editing the memory of the game cartridge (and virtual console game)!
You can find on YouTube videos of people doing pretty neat stuff by exploiting the 8F glitch. From walking through walls to make a PONG game.
The fact that your Bike clips through the stairs when riding it on Route 7 in X and Y is pretty amusing to me, though it's not really a glitch. Also, in the same games, if you're riding the Bike along the back wall of the Berry Fields at night, the bike light shines through the wall.
And of course, you gotta love all those Gen I glitches.
