Ah, teh sweet, sweet love of Contestshipping.

Truth be told, I used to like Advanceshipping and Pokeshippping. But then one day, plopped on the floor eating some pretzels, my eyes caught a boy with green hair on the screen.

I like Green! I smiled, turning up the volume. I learned the arrogant trainer was Drew, another replica of the classic rival.

"Le sigh... and I was hoping for some originality." I muttered in disappointment. May popped up on the screen.

"I just hope I make it to the secondaries..." May stated out loud.

A flash of red. I leaned forward.

Was that a rose?!

"A good performance, May." Drew said, the rose in between in his fingers. What a twist!! He hands out roses!

Eyes widened. "Greenie, are you hitting on May?!" The mousetrap snapped close, and I was its lucky victim. I've been hooked on this pairing ever since.

I'm such a big fan of it that I've been hooked on it ever since I first figured out what shippings were. I'm such a big fan of it that I'm trying to draw a doujinshi for it. And I'm SUCH a big fan of it that I'm practically the only "good" Contestshipper on deviantART who draws fanart for it periodically.
