Global PokédeX Plus Forums _ General Discussion _ What programming language to learn next?

Posted by: Cathy Roberson Nov 14 2016, 06:46 AM

Hello, I'm basically a writer but currently learning programming to create my own e-commerce website. I'm a beginner and I've already finished learning the basics of HTML and CSS. Now, I just wanted to know what programming language I should learn next? Is there a -LINK REMOVED- that isn't too much harder than HTML and CSS and also is relevant to e-commerce web development?

Thank you

I work with Java. My reply will assume you are taking a look at entry-level places. Schools, for the most part, don't teach Java job abilities. If you are learning event driven programming using would be really a pipe dream. Most Java is enterprise or web oriented unless you are applying for a job which lists it particularly. You believed it was about abilities. But you're wrong! Code is fine, a salary that is greater and yet commanding work is dependent upon ensuring folks know who you're. To put it differently, you have to promote yourself.

Well, first of all, HTML and CSS are not exactly programming languages. Nothing to do with it. Next, if you've already learned HTML and CSS you should focus on JavaScript. Those 3 will work perfectly together, trust. You can actually go and try to become front-end developer with such skills.

I don't know any programming language, but I write an informative mental health essay.

Have you tried coding on Swift? The programming language is pretty easy to master and most importantly, there seem to be huge demand on iOS software and it's developers.

I absolutely love this programming language! It's so easy to use and really user-friendly. I would highly recommend it to anyone who's looking for a good programming language to learn.
