A Little Bit Of Background Info

The village of Konoha, otherwise known as the Village Hidden in the Leaves. Around two decades ago, this village located in the Fire-Nation struggled through some rather treacherous years, the village suffering major losses in many forms. The the villages population, economy, and even structure was nearly flat out destroyed when Pain, on behalf of the Akatsuki, attacked Konoha, the villages current Hokage Naruto Uzumaki, being the one to stop him from annihilating destroying the village and its inhabitants.

When you look at the village now, only twenty years after that dreadful incident, it is hard to believe that such an event even occurred. From an economic standpoint, everything is running perfectly smoothly, the village itself is completely rebuilt; the population is healthy, as well as unified. All previous squabbles within the village have been dealt with, though that is not to say there is nothing to deal with outside of Konoha, and as long as these threats remain, so will the village’s Shinobi.

A long with the rest of the village, the Konoha Shinobi (or Ninja) Academy is very much operational, and has already proven its worth by training a rather large number of Jonin-Rank Ninja, some of which being the offspring of the current Hokage’s generation. At this moment in time, a class of young Academy students have just graduated, meaning that they are now officially Genin. These young teenage children will of course be grouped into three, then assigned to a Jounin leader, each squad assembled carefully by the Hokage himself.

Once these squads are decided, they are absolute, meaning that Genin Squad rosters never change. When you become a Genin and you are assigned to a team, you stick to it until you and the rest of your squad are at Chunin level. This is no easy feat however, Chunin are Ninja which are highly skilled, and above all, are considered to be able to safely lead a squad of Genin, a quality not everyone can possess.

Just like he deemed he would be, Naruto Uzumaki, the previous Jinchuriki who hosted the Kyuubi (Nine Tailed Fox), has gained the title of Hogake, meaning his face is now etched into Hokage Mountain, along with his six predecessors.

As one would expect, Sakura Haruno has taken the role of Head Medical Ninja, and is known to occasionally visit the Hokage himself to assist with managing things such as the village’s economy when Shikamaru is not around for whatever reason, though she seems to never visit when she knows that a certain member of the Hyuuga clan is visiting him.

The Hokage’s personal advisor is none other than Shikamaru Nara, who also serves as the village’s Head Jounin, meaning he is second in command only to the Hokage himself and the village elders. He will ocassionally be seen with his former squad mates, Ino Yamanaka (who is now both Shikamaru’s wife, and a high ranking operative in the villages Interrogation Force) and Choji Akimichi (who is now simply a respected Jonin, along with Rock Lee).

Neji and Hinata Hyuuga, the latter of which now being the wife of the Hokage, are both heads of the village’s ANBU Black Ops, neither of which holding any power over the other, even though Hinata will always consider Neji to be her older brother, which may occasionally lead to decisions being swayed in his favour. Shino Aburame, Tenten and Kiba Inuzuka, along with his trusty Ninja Hound Akamaru, all work under these two as ANBU operatives.

As for Sasuke Uchiha, well, he’s still out there somewhere, though his actions have not been heard of since the village was rebuilt…

Everyone in the older generations (who is not dead) has retired.

Your Role

Basically, those that apply to this RP will take the role of Leaf Shinobi, each of which belonging to one of two teams, Team 3 or Team 8. Team 3 will be led by a Jonin of my own creation, Kurai Nara, while Team 8 will be led by a Jonin of someone elses creation. Obviously, the teams will also have three Genin in them as well, meaning that there are a total of six places (1 Jonin and 5 Genin) available in this RP, since I also have a Genin Character, Serena Osaka. Who gets the Jounin will work on a first come, first serve basis, though I would vastly prefer someone with both a fairly adept RPing ability and understanding of the Naruto Series to be take the role.

As for limits to the characters themselves, well, there’s only one really. NO JINCHURIKIS. Having one character as a Jinchuriki would make this RP horribly unfair to other RPers (yes, I’m aware that’s somewhat ironic since two people have Jonin anyway…), so it’s out of the question. I have no quarrels with anyone having any characters descending from main characters from the series, just make sure you explain their backgrounds well enough (and that they fit in with the information in the above spoiler).

Name: Yari Yakushi

Age: 19

Appearance: Yari Yakushi is very tall and she has a slender build, being 6'6" and weighing 140 pounds, which makes her underweight. She towers over most of the Konoha population. She has a curly build and, as such, is thought to be one of the most attractive Jonins to some. Her hair is pink and very long, reaching her feet. It is tied with a dark purple ribbon when it reaches the bottom of her back. She also has two long tufts of hair going down each side of her head and up to her hips. Her eyes are crimson, making her slightly intimidating when she looks at you. She has small round glasses that are too loose for her, meaning that she has to readjust them often, not unlike her father.

She doesn't care about her clothing, which is why she wears simplistic clothes. For upper wear, she has a loose long-sleeved black turtleneck shirt. It's plain, comfy and simple, which is why she chooses to wear it. For lower wear, she has a matching pair of loose, black pants. The waist is tight though, that way she doesn't have to wear an uncomfortable belt. They are, like her shirt, plain, comfy and simple. They have large pockets, which is where her hands often rest.

She wears the obligatory ninja sandals, albeit a significantly lower version. They are black, just like the rest of her clothes. Her kunai pack and her weapon pouch, even though she doesn't use them often, are both on her right leg. She places her headband around her abdomen, just below her breasts.

Personality: Yari seems cold at first glance, keeping a straight face with strangers. She seems to have no sense of humor and is rather harsh in the way she speaks. While she isn't the nicest woman ever, she certainly is one of the most caring since she's willing to give her life to save one of her Genin. She is also brutally honest at times. She could be thought of as a mother figure to her Genin, since she's extremely helpful and likes to help people in need as much as she can, hence why she learned medical ninjutsu.

She's nice though, even though she only speaks if spoken to, if she sees something interesting or if it's something urgent. She's never the one who'll start a conversation, although she will participate in one if she finds it interesting. When someone does something stupid, she's often the one to sigh, instead of being the one to laugh. She rarely laughs, so if you make her laugh, you can be proud of yourself. Smiling isn't rare though.

She doesn't know that Kabuto is her father and, therefore, wishes to know who is her father. She often manages to make herself depressed when she thinks about it and, once she is, it's hard to cheer her up. Also, she has a hard time making real friends, since most of the people who talk to her are boys who have a crush on her. Even though they compliment her and all that, she doesn't know how to react to that and, as such, she has grown annoyed at them since they only seem to like her for her body.

Since her clothes are loose, they can come off or, even worse, people can peek under her shirt. If you do that, you better hope that she doesn't see you or else you may find yourself unconscious in a few seconds. She may be thin, but she can hit hard and fast. She has natural talent for Taijutsu and she's not afraid to use it.

When angered, she will talk and she will be rude to others, even teachers, other Jonin and, to an extent, the Hokage. Due to this, she has gotten herself in trouble a few times. On another note, the way she talks is slightly cryptic. She never seems to show her true intentions, something she seems to share with Kabuto, once again. Konoha's elite know that Kabuto is her father but they prefer not to tell her, worried that she would decide to become a rogue to follow him.

Her fighting style revolves around dealing crushing blows to pressure points in order to paralyse her opponent. However, she has no experience in using weapons. She has really bad aim and she doesn't know how to use them. Therefore, she always refuse using them, since she's scared of hurting someone. She has a bit of trouble using Ninjutsu (she needs more training than a regular shinobi to learn it) and can't use Genjutsu to save her life. Ironically, her chakra reserves are monstrously huge. With natural skills for Fire Jutsu, she has worked extremely hard due to her small handicap regarding Ninjutsu learning. This has spawned great results, considering that she's one of the most adept and versatile Fire users of all Konoha.

Bio: Born in the rather elusive Yakushi clan, having Kabuto Yakushi as a father and an unknown woman that was brutally raped by her father, Yari has a rather rare family name. Kabuto, being the traitor he is, abandoned her mother after raping her. When she was born, her mother brought her to Konoha and told the guards that she wouldn't be able to keep her child, saying that she was Kabuto's child. The poor woman pleaded them to accept her and they did. However, the woman died a few days later, assassined by one of the guards who wasn't happy with the others' decision. Of course, the guard was imprisoned.

Due to this, she lived with two of the village's elders. She didn't know that her mother had died or that her father had worked with the legendary Orochimaru and was a rogue. She thought that the two elders she lived with were her own parents. Believing that, she grew up and had lots of fun with them. She decided that she wanted to be a kunoichi at an early age. Her adoptive parents, even though they didn't like the idea, reluctantly accepted.

When she reached four, she started training digilently everyday for four hours. However, when she first used a shuriken, she cut her hand while throwing it, screwing up her aim and making it land on her adoptive father's leg, making a large gash. When she tried again, the shuriken slipped from her hand and flew backwards, hitting her adoptive mother's arm and making a large gash on it too. She renounced to using weapons from that day.

She had shown to have remarkable talent in Taijutsu by the time she was six. However, that year, her adoptive parents decided to reveal that they weren't her real parents. She was, of course, terribly shocked and wouldn't accept it. When she finally snapped out of her denial, she snapped at the two elders, throwing tables, chairs and all the furniture she could find. The house was in a complete mess when she was done, even though she was crying her heart out in the old woman's arms.

When she turned eight, her two adoptive parents died of old age, one at the beginning of the year and the other halfway through it. Terribly saddened by this, even though she felt betrayed by them, she lived alone in the house, not wanting anyone else to live with her. If someone asked for it, she'd just ignore them until they dissapeared. However, some of the villagers were nice enough to give her food, water and clothes, which she accepted since she was too young to work anyways.

As the years passed, she became more and more curious about her parents' real identity, so curious that it almost became an obsession. Whenever she saw a guard, a Jonin or the Hokage, she would ask them and would always get the same answer: "I don't know.". She eventually stopped asking around the time she turned ten, even though she was still curious about it. She still continued her training, making sure to avoid using weapons, even if being a kunoichi meant using weapons.

Eventually, she stopped seeing anything interesting in life, only boring things. This was probably due to her depression of not knowing who her parents were. She continued training though, even though she found it to be a bore. She was eleven at the time and her body had developped faster than most girls' body would've. As such, many boys started staring at her and such, much to her annoyance. Some even peeked in her house when she was training!

When she turned twelve, one boy had called her "one hell of a sexy bitch" while lifting her shirt, which was similar to the one she currently wears. She instantly became angry and beat him to a bloody pulp, almost killing him. Luckily, the Jonins stopped her before she could finish him and even then, she struggled like mad, shouting profanities at them. They brought her over to the Hokage, not knowing what to do. She then made the worst mistake she could've made at the time: she insulted the Hokage not once, not twice, but five times. She then ordered to know who her parents were very rudely, still enraged. The Hokage, as punishment, banned her from the Ninja Academy for a whole year. She had been there for half a year already, meaning that she'd have to wait a full year to continue learning!

That year was long and, as usual, boring. She was forced to do community work, such as cleaning houses and such. She did this for the whole year and, as soon as she was accepted to the Academy again, she went to see the Hokage and apologised to him. He accepted the apology but warned her not to do it again.

She felt awkward at the Academy now, mainly because she towered over everyone and was a year older than them. That didn't stop the boys from almost stripping her with their eyes and, for the most perverted ones, try to peek under her clothes. She got in detention often because of that but never got angered as much as the first time. Over the years, she learned how to control her hair with her chakra along with a multitude of fire-based jutsu. Comfortable in using her hair as a weapon, which helped since she refused to use kunai and shuriken, she let it grow very long.

The hair was like another limb to her; if it was cut, she could make it regrow with a simple jutsu. This unique dedication to using her hair made her well-known and she passed the Chunin Exams at the age of 16. After becoming a Chunin, she started learning on how to use medical ninjutsu, something the Hokage found a bit weird considering her father's identity and preference of medical ninjutsu for attacking. This was nothing but a pure coincidence though. She learned the pressure points of the body, enabling her to screw up someone's nerval system in one hit.

Only recently becoming a Jonin, she has been assigned a squad of three Genin. This would be her first time teaching. Even though she has recently become a Jonin, she is still a powerful kunoichi and is generally considered stronger than most of them, though it's only public opinion. She lacks the experience of more well-known Jonin, though she makes up for it with pure skill and versatility, only being unable to use weapons and Genjutsu.

However, the Hokage has refused to reveal who her father was, which only made her curiosity grow. Her eerie resemblance with Kabuto; the glasses and the medical ninjutsu, among others, has catched the attention of some Jonins, but they aren't allowed to tell her the truth about her father and mother.

Name: Akira Nekonoie
Age: 14

Appearance: Akira is a interesting young man. He stands at 5'5" and weighs around 120 pounds. He has blond hair that is slightly long on the top, making bangs that almost cover his eyes. His the hair is a bit long behind his neck and shorter on the sides, leaving his ears uncovered. He has crystal blue catlike eyes, which for some reason makes girls stare into them often, though he doesn't mind. He has a slightly muscular body, nothing too exaggerated though.

His upper cloths is normally a high-collared blueish coat with a black shirt underneath. He maintains the sleeves slightly folded so it doesn't cover his hands or gets in his way when he is fighting. The coat is open in the middle and has no buttons what-so-ever, meaning it is always open and the black shirt is always visible, unless Akira happens to close the coat and hold it closed with his hands. The black shirt he wears under it is very comfortable, since Akira hates uncomfortable clothes.

Akira wears a loose pair of shorts that reach a little bit above his knees most of the time. They are extremely light and a slight brownish color due to him sometimes throwing himself in the ground, though they used to be white. His shorts have an elastic on the top part that holds them into place pretty well. When he's not wearing his shorts, he's wearing some black pants that scrap the ground due to how long they are. As expected, they are also held onto him by elastic.

Akira wears a thick silver necklace that has two diamonds hanging form it, and from the two another bigger one hanging from it. He never takes it off. He also has a kitten that is always on his head and occasionally on his shoulder. The kitten is snow white and has some blue stream like markings on it's body.

Personality:

Akira is what you could call a clown in many circumstances and somewhat careless most of the time. But in reality, he is a very dedicated person that simply likes seeing his friends happy, and of course his companion. He smiles much and enjoys having fun, even if that means occasionally messing with higher authorities. He is slightly hyper and doesn't seem to be able to stay still much, not helping at all if he has to wait for an attack in a battle.

Akira is a nice fighter, often paying attention when things get serious and watching his back along with his partners. Even though he is normally carefree, he tends to pay a lot of attention when he thinks he is supposed to. Sometimes he may even seem mysterious and stupid during battle, surprising his opponents when they notice he does that on purpose and actually had a plan all along.

Bio:

Akira was born in the Nekonoie clan somewhere in Konoha. He grew up with his parents happily, though his mother disappeared a bit after he was six. His father had a cat companion that would follow him everywhere and never separate from his master, which somehow made Akira very eager to become 11 so he could get his companion ever since. Akira was slightly stubborn and hyper, making him get in trouble and his father punish him.

When Akira turned 8, he started practicing Water justu's since he saw his father using them often. He would create some water from the air. He would spend half the day training and trying to learn new jutsu's, though his father didn't care much about what he did, thinking he was too hyper to learn water techniques. Akira didn't listen to his father though, which made him throw a small wave at his father for saying he was a spoiler brat. He got beaten badly by his father for doing such, and ended up in the hospital to his surprise.

After turning 9 Akira ended up getting beaten more often for contesting his father about what he said, just not as badly as when he threw a wave at him. So, he decided he didn't want to get hit almost everyday, and spent more time near the river, trying to breathe underwater.

He spent a year trying to master this justu, eventually succeeding at doing so and hiding underwater when his father wanted to beat him, which not all the time would work. Akira simply decided he should respect his father more often instead of hiding underwater for him.

The years passed, and Akira soon enough was eleven and received a kitty companion, which would easily fit on top of his head. He loved the kitty and called him 'Tay'. Akira liked the way that Tay looked, he was a white kitten with some blue stream-like markings around his body. Tay had blue eyes as well, which looked very similar to Akira's own eyes. They developed an amazing friendship.

When Akira turned 13 he ended up getting in a fight with someone that picked a fight with him along with Tay, and ended up in the hospital, which didn't bother Akira much to tell the truth. Akira loved the way he could share and transfer chakra with his companion and the fact he could grow in size and secrete poison from his claws.

The next year, Akira had graduated and finally become a Genin and now was eager to be assigned to his squad, and for some reason, he hoped that a girl would be in the group... go wonder why.

Extra: He always carries Tay on his head and rarely takes him off, even when training 8D

Name: Renae Funikadi

Gender: Female

Age: 14

Preferred Squad: It really doesn’t matter… I actually think it would be funner if the squads were random to some extent.

Appearance: Picture.

This picture shows Renae older than she presently is: her body isn’t quite so curvy now, and stands at 5 feet 3 inces, 3 inches shorter than her final height. She is extremely skinny, but she weighs more than she looks. However, when she would do basic transformations to other forms, she can fluctuate her weight.

Renae has thick, brown hair, that usually has the front strands restrained with a type of clip. It is twisted into a small bun, that has the strands sticking out at odd angles. Renae has very dark eyes, which seem to make her face: they are large and expressive, and have always made her proud.

Renae was always wearing a tight, black necklace. It doesn’t really have a charm, but was in lou of her ninja band. However, when she is assigned her squad, the band will immediately replace the meaningless necklace. Her clothes are similar to what is shown in the picture, with the main exception being the top not being so… tipsy. It is securely placed on her shoulders, so she could perform successful tai jutsu without worrying about her top falling off. Her shirt does go slight past the shoulder, however, and has a black tie in the front. She has shorts that are extremely flexible, as well as long tights that go up to her thighs for extra protection. Her style choice is to stay cool while exercising, while looking “stylish.”

Renae’s shoes are the same from the picture, being brown and strong soled. She has nothing to do with a whip, however- she does use the classic kunai’s, however, which can be found in a stuck in a small bag around her left leg. She can keep other ninja supplies there as well.

Personality: (some of this will overlap the Bio, but...)

Renae is slightly scared of other people. Whenever someone tries to talk to her, for whatever reason, she will usually blush and turn away. Most of her speaking involves short sentences, where she speaks fast. Thus, sometimes her words are indistinguishable. However, she is as a whole fascinated by humans as a whole. She takes in everything possible about individuals, and stockpiles it for seemingly no reason other than her own satisfaction. She has a great memory, and not just when it comes to others. She can recall happenings in very accurate detail.

However, as expressed by her room, Renae is very unorganized. She can tell exactly where something is, due to her memory, and thus has no interest in making her room "aesthetically pleasing." Her landlord thinks this child queer for this reason as well as her tendency to avoid conversation, but it doesn't bother Renae.

Despite her stalkerish nature around humans, Renae does need her own private time. She has found a location on the outskirts of the town surrounded by forest, which Renae has set up to be her own personal training area. She has made small X's on trees as a place to aim for kunais, as well as practiced ninjutsu in this peaceful location. She loves this area, much like a person would love a person. The location isn't rural enough for people not to know about the simple patch of woods all together, but Renae has never told anyone that she uses it regularly.

She has no interest in her parents, and her rest of her clan. Even when she would observe people, she would never stray to the Funikadi part of town. She doesn't quite hate her mother, as much as she refuses to think about the whole happening altogether. Though Renae has a fear of the forbidden jutsu, she doesn't believe what her mother did was wrong. She knows her mother just wanted to see the man that she loved and lost.

In all the mock battles Renae has participated, she has found it easy to turn off her shy, scared brain and battle without fear. She is glad she cn do this, since she knew otherwise she could not be a successful ninja.

Bio: Renae was born in a small, sleepy part of the leaf village belonging to the Funikadi clan. They had a unique power of shapeshifting, but it has never really been taped: the clan is small, and none of the members had actually went on to become ninjas. Most of them go on to become elders, or own shops and inns, and other sociable tasks involving interacting with masses. Renae’s mother, however, was different somewhat.

Renae never knew her dad: he died while her mother was still pregnant. And, her mom never got over it. She became obsessed with trying to contact the dead, and was convinced there was some justu to be able to do such a thing. Renae’s earliest memories consist of her mother muttering about justu’s and doing her experiments, while Renae was neglected. Soon, some of her mother’s obsession rubbed off on Renae, and convinced herself that the only way to win her mother’s love was to learn how to revive the dead.

When Renae was five, however, her mother was arrested for performing unsafe experiments. She had gone crazy, and was kidnapping children from around Konoha in order to try to perfect her jutsu. Her own daughter, however, remained untouched from these experiments: only lonely. Her mother soon after died in jail, laughing manically about how she would be reunited with the one she loved at last.

The young girl was given a small room with a landlord who agreed to look after her. However, the town elders also explained she needed too choose a profession that could support herself, being at such a young age. She refused to face her clan again, and thus she chose something that was almost unheard of: to become a ninja. Thus, she was placed in the appropriate school, and began to study. In theory, she could have also chosen to become someone’s apprentice. But, ever since her mother, Renae has this fear of people, and is uncomfortable around anyone.

The first day at the Ninja Academy, Renae sat at the back at the classroom and watched everyone and everything. She noticed how some boys seemed to be more interested in their comics than the teachers, and some girls sat in the front row and seemed to write down anything the teacher said. On the playground, she noticed how the cliques worked, but always kept her distance. She knew everyone’s name before they knew hers, and even some of their favorite hobbies and foods. She never though much of this, though. Renae knew she wasn’t quite like the average kid, but didn’t think she could be really far fetched.

Life was extremely hard at first: being friendless never bothered Renae the way it bothered Naruto, but she would receive a few odd stares as people remembered the actions of her mom, and she could still observe. However, Renae never really desired friends. Most of the time, she was off in her fantasy world practicing her ninjutsu and her taijutsu, avoiding direct human contact. Of course, she would also do the bookwork out of obligation, but her favorite part of every day would be in the middle of the woods, trying to test out her latest idea.

She never played with the ideas of the forbidden jutsus, however, as all of them made her extremely nervous. Even though she may have once been fascinated with the idea of reviving the dead, this phase is long past. Often now, Renae will refuse to think about her former life in shame. Like said before, however, the odd looks do not faze her: what others think never will matter as much as what she thinks.

She also didn’t practice genjutsu much, even when it was reviewed in class. She felt that it was cruel, even in battle, to delude someone with false circumstances. And fittingly, she is terrible at it. She barely passed that section, when she imagined causing the teacher to see only the color orange. She was later chided for not making her image convincing enough, as seeing orange does nothing to her advantage as well as being obvious that is genjutsu.

Her favorite part of the class was when they reviewed transformation jutsu. Renae always tries to remain under the radar: only passing with average grades, and resisting any urge to show off to others (however, there were plenty of circumstances when there was nothing to show off). This was her hardest resistment, by far: she wanted to change into everyone in the class, but knew that others would be surprised at this skill. Later the day, Renae went to her spot in the woods to do what she couldn’t do in class.

Renae still lives in her little room as a sort of tenant (but, she doesn’t have to pay, at least until she has income form ninja missions). It is fairly messy, though not as bad as Naruto’s was. She does not like remaining inside, however. Recently, she has taking her “watching” to a new level, by learning of interactions around town and between clans.

Naomi Haruroji is a fairly tall girl, being 5'10" and weighing around 190 pounds. She isn't very lean, but she's not fat either, having just a small belly. Her most noticeable feature is, obviously, her large breasts, which rival those of Tsunade herself in size. Otherwise, her face is fairly round and her thighs are pretty big. She has a tattoo of a black star on her left calf that is rarely seen.

She is a redhead and her straight hair reaches down to her rear end. She wears long white ribbons at all times too. Her eyes amber colored and always seem to have a curious glint in them, which is normal since she is very curious, after all. Her eyebrows are very thin and black. Her cheeks always seem a bit rosy too.

She wears a very elastic white jumpsuit with a zipper. Since her breasts are a bit too large for it, she always zips it to them; of course, she zips it high enough to cover them, though it still shows some cleavage. It is, of course, long-sleeved and there are red lines on the end of the sleeves. She wears a red choker around her neck. This jumpsuit is extremely useful to use her clan's Hiden Jutsu (more about this and the Haruroji clan in general in Extra). It also has pockets on each side of her thighs, like pants would, and on her abdomen, like a hoodie would.

Both her weapons patch and her kunai patch are tied to her left thigh. She wears the obligatory shinobi sandals, though hers are white. Her headband is white, keeping with her white theme, and used as a belt, similarly to Rock Lee and Might Guy.

Personality: Completely clueless. These are the two words that describe Naomi best. Incredibly curious and dim-witted, this older-than-average Genin often asks a lot of questions, often with amazingly obvious answers. She seems oblivious to a lot of things, such as insults being supposed to be hurtful. Therefore, it's extremely hard to make her angry or sad since she's just too idiotic to understand things that are supposed to tick her off or make her sad.

She's almost always cheerful and optimistic, which makes her a great friend... if you have enough patience. Her low IQ can be grating on someone's nerves, but it's really not her fault. She is not retarded though, just oblivious, clueless and dumb. She's very silly and can be amusing without even trying at times. Her idiocity can also be the subject of hilarity at times, in which case she'll laugh with others simply because she likes laughing.

Due to how dim-witted she is, her fighting style is very straightforward, yet effective. She basically aims to crush her opponent with either her own body or her attacks. She is currently working on implementing feints, but she's having trouble knowing when to do them and such. Contrary to popular belief, Naomi can be serious when needed, but people often need to tell her that she needs to be serious.

She can also get sad and angry, though it's rare. Being rejected is one thing that can make her sad quickly since she often just wants to help. That said, she is extremely dependent on other people, so being rejected greatly hurts her. If you don't tell her why you don't want her help, it'll probably make her sad. Of course, people dying will also make her sad. Luckily, due to her optimistic and childish nature, she is easy to cheer up.

An angry Naomi has never been seen before, therefore it's widely assumed that she simply cannot get angry. However, like any human being, she can get angry. In fact, she has gotten angry quite a few times, but she was either alone or she quickly transformed the anger into sadness. One surprising thing is that, when she's very sad, she seems to realise that she's, well, dumber than a bag of hammers, which often surprises others. She only really wants to have friends and people who like her for who she is.

She is extremely helpful, so helpful that she might get in the way while trying to help. Nicely telling her that she's doing too much will make her understand (after she asks you why, of course), though anything else will probably just make her feel useless, which, in turn, will make her feel sad and depressed. Mocking her weight while she is heavier than she really is has no effect since she knows it's not her real weight. She also has trouble knowing when someone is joking or not, so she takes almost everything seriously.

Bio: Born in the Haruroji clan, Naomi was spoiled by her parents. However, she never was a brat and was a goody two-shoes. She was nice, polite and very bubbly, which made her company likeable. Something her parents quickly realised was that she was, well, dumb. Even the simplest of things needed a detailed explanation for her to understand. This worried her parents since she was shown to be incredibly carefree and clueless, which could cause problems for her safety.

Another thing was her ravenous appetite, which was impressive and surpassed even that of the clan's rivals, the Akimichis. She was only 4 and ate more than both her parents combined, yet never seemed to gain a single pound due to her clan's special ability. She grew up as a kind-hearted, lively glutton, which was quite strange. Then came the day of her 6th birthday, where she decided that she wanted to be a Kunoichi.

The Academy was a nightmare. Not for her though, she had plenty of fun. No, it was a nightmare for the Chunins. Naomi didn't realise, but her ignorance and learning disorder considerably slowed down the classes, so she often was the reason why the classes took longer than usual. It wasn't really her fault though, and while some mocked her, others tried to help her, which often, surprisingly, worked.

She still failed nonetheless. She failed an ungodly amount of times, surpassing even the Hokage himself by far. She failed a grand total of 9 times, sometimes failing multiple classes at once. She stayed at the Academy for a long time, so much that the Chunin now knew her fairly well and vice versa. Some liked her, some hated her and some were neutral. She even helped around the Academy, not even realising that people were mocking her due to her low IQ. Ironically, those who mocked her were those who tended to stare at her.

Over that time though, she had learned at least one thing: how to almost perfectly control her clan's Hiden Jutsu. The rest, though, was something different. She eventually tried the Chakra Paper test and the paper crumpled up, which startled her. This meant that she had an affinity for Lightning Jutsu. Therefore, she started learning (very slowly, of course) how to use Lightning Jutsu.

Now having finally graduated and now a part of a Genin Squad, the future looks bright for Naomi... If her partners help her, of course. After all, all the "Dead Last" students of the Academy have grown to be powerful and highly respected ninja. Will Naomi break or keep this tradition? Only time will tell.

Extra: The Haruroji clan is branched from the Akimichi clan, hence the fact that members of both clans tend to be either fierce rivals or best friends. Both clans' members have equivalent ravenous appetites (though Naomi's is ravenous by their standards) and their Hiden Jutsu relate to body size and weight, though they are very different.

The Haruroji's clan members don't tend to be obese, but just slightly overweight. However, their excess weight is all stored in their chakra reserves, which leads to all the members having huge amounts of chakra. They also tend to be much faster and nimble than the Akimichis, but lack their herculean strength. The defensive abilities are sensibly the same though.

The big difference comes from the Hiden Jutsu. While the Akimichis make themselves bigger, taller and enlarge their body, the Harurojis can freely control their weight, Naomi's weight range being from 10 pounds (only doable in the second way) to a whopping two long tons (4480 pounds). Some Harurojis can go even heavier than that though. They can mainly do this in two different ways that both have their pros and their cons. Using these techniques, Harurojis can create tsunamis, earthquakes and resist tornadoes by using their weight as an advantage.

The first way is by making the body change shape to actually look like they weight the weight they chose. So if Naomi chooses to weigh, say, 300 pounds, she will look much fatter. Despite this big (pun unintended) change in appearance, they still keep their abilities, so Naomi won't be slower and won't get tired quicker. She will be as agile as she was. Even if she goes to her limit (4480 pounds), her huge amount of flesh won't impede her at all. She'll even be able to run and walk normally (well, as normally as someone that size would, since they obviously can't walk).

The first way is why Naomi even wears her jumpsuit in the first place. Since it is extremely elastic, she can safely go to her limit without fearing to burst out of her clothes, though the jumpsuit gets a bit tight at 4480 pounds. This way is also great for intimidation, since nothing is scarier than seeing a two ton girl about to sit on you, don't you think? Fighting an obese person who can outspeed you also tends to be fairly scary. Naomi, however, prefers the second way and only this way for fun or when she doesn't have enough chakra to use the second way. The blubber from the heavier weights will also protect the user from cold temperatures and even blade strikes thanks to the chakra.

The second way is making yourself weigh more (or less) without actually changing your body shape, which is great for surprising the opponent. This is also the only way the Harurojis can make themselves weigh less. Using this with Wind Jutsu can be extremely effective, since someone weighing 10 pounds will easily be swept away only to come crushing down as a 4480 pounds weight, which would probably cause a large tremor if it misses, making it pretty much a win/win situation for the Haruroji. The extra weight will also add some power to blows, which points the Haruroji towards using Taijutsu. For this reason, Naomi is very skilled in Taijutsu for her rank, but can probably be outmatched by a Chunin, though she may catch him/her by surprise.


Her being with Kurai should be funny due to the large IQ difference. XD

That's actually the only reason I'd prefer her to be in Team 3. <.< >.> <.<

Name: Kurai Nara

Age: 20

Appearance: One look at Kurai and you can instantly tell he is his fathers son, since he is identical to him in all aspects. Well, apart from one that is.

In keeping with the traditional appearance of Nara males, he has his hair tied into a small, spiky ponytail situated more or less on the crown of his relatively round head, which does indeed resemble a pineapple to an extent. Unlike the many generations before him however, Kurai’s hair is of a blonde colour, the first of two predominant aesthetical features he obtained from his mother, Ino Yamanaka, along with her blue eyes. He also has seven, small stainless-steel hoop (though their thickness makes them look more like tubes) earrings, each of which run up the edge of his right ear, starting from the base of the lobe and working their way up to the top of the extremity.

The twenty year old stands at about 6’02’’, just a little taller than the average size of men from the Nara Clan and posses a relatively slim, but rather athletic build, allowing him to really get himself moving when the need to do so prevents itself, which is pretty much exclusively on missions for the Leaf. His skin is also rather smooth, albeit a little pale, in exclusion to the slightly more olive jagged scar just above his right eye brow, which runs in a generally diagonal line and is a little less than three centimetres long.

Ordaining his body is some rather average appearing ninja gear, such as the Konohagakure green Flak Jacket, standard issue for all Jounin, along with a pair of rather common looking well-fitting, black Shinobi pants. Underneath the Flack Jacket Kurai wears a grey, long sleeved undershirt which has his clan’s symbol (Ø) embroidered on the top of both sleeves in black. Underneath these items of clothing however lies yet another two pieces of clothing, a pair of black fishnet pants and a long sleeved fishnet T-Shirt. Like his father before him, Kurai also wears his black-cloth village headband on his left arm, directly between his elbow and shoulder.

Personality: Personality wise Kurai could quite easily, and rather accurately, be described as a rather stereotypical male member of the member of the Nara clan. Very often, he will describe tasks as he sees as boring or unfair, which to him is pretty much any test, as “such a drag”, a catchphrase which seems to have been handed down from generation to generation to the male members of his clan, along with their excessively lazy nature, as well as the occasional devilish streak. Given his lazy nature, Kurai obviously rather despises being waken up from his sleep, and is also rather capable of wandering off into a blissful daydream.

Along with these personality quirks, Kurai also possess a rather high level of intelligence, along with a relatively modest sense about this fact. If anyone commends him for his intelligence, he will often reply to such words with something along the lines of “Anyone can be intelligent if they apply themselves enough”, which is rather ironic considering how lazy the young man is capable of being himself.

For some unbeknown reason, Kurai very rarely seems to get truly angry. Yes, he’ll be a little grumpy if you wake him up, but after he calls something “such a drag”, he’s normally rather down to Earth and willing to talk to you. Many people often come to the conclusion that this rather relaxed nature is simply a result of Kurai being too lazy to get angry, which is entirely plausible, but not even Kurai himself is entirely certain of this.

In complete contrast to this hugely predominant personality however, whenever Kurai is given a task to do, he will see it through to the end no matter what. He will indeed complain about the fact he has been given a task upon the moment he is given it, but once he begins working upon his mission there is no stopping him. Along with this iron will, Kurai also possess a rather notable amount of loyalty toward his companions, never having to think twice about putting his life on the line in order to protect them, though he is often so cautious when deriving tactics that situations such as this never seem to occur.

Bio: When he was born, Kurai’s father Shikamaru Nara felt that it was about time that descendants of the Nara clan should be given names that do not begin with the prefix “Shika” and decided instead to name him Kurai, a word that literally translates to “black”, greatly befitting a member of the clan known for their signature Shadow Possession Jutsu.

Growing up, it was obvious that Kurai was going to be much more of his father’s son than his mothers, despite the many aesthetical features he shared with his mother as a child. The first sign of this was Kurai’s first word, which was unsurprisingly “Drag”, brought about when his mothe woke him up since he had been asleep for almost a straight fourteen hours. As he grew older and his hair grew longer, another rather unsurprising development occurred when a five year old Kurai asked for a band to tie his hair back like his father, much to his mother’s grief who believed Kurai would look much more attractive with long, flowing hair, a sign that she was still as devoted as ever to keeping up appearances.

Once Kurai enrolled in the Leaf’s Shinobi Academy, it became apparent that he had seemingly inherited his father’s level of intelligence, though to be perfectly honest, his mother was hardly a dunce, so it could well have come from either side of the family. The one thing that was obviously inherited from his father was the boy’s lazy streak, though lazy was probably an understatement, considering that for the first few weeks at the academy, Kurai’s desk was his pillow away from home as it was a place to do work.

It didn’t take Kurai too long to graduate form the Academy, reaching the rank of Genin at about ten years old, though he apparently could have graduated a heck of a lot earlier “If he had actually put some effort into his work”. Three years later, at the age of thirteen, Kurai was entered along with his team into the Chunin exams, where all three members of his squad (which was being lead by none other than his father) were decided to be made Chunin afterwards, Kurai himself deciding to drop out at the semi-final after refusing to battle a badly injured fellow Leaf Shinobi, a sign that his loyalty to his village and his companions was absolute. However, it wasn’t just loyalty that gained Kurai this title. The fact that he had made it to the semi-final was commendable enough, but many were impressed by the young teen’s application of tactics and his clan’s signature Jutsu. To be honest though, what else would you expect from a Nara?

After the exams, a relatively busy four years passed for Kurai. The first couple of years were spent honing his skills with his newly promoted squad, occasionally being sent on missions to establish how well they had progressed. As this continued, the three Chunin became closer and closer with eachother, something which helped their teamwork drastically and helped further develop their abilities to put others before themeselves. However, towards the end of these four years, the three members of Kurai’s squad were sent on their first ever A-Rank mission, an assassination. Despite the fact that this was a frightening enough prospect in itself, just to make matters worse, they were to be sent without Shikamaru.

Needless to say, this caused uproar throughout the squad. Well, with two members it did at least. They were only Chunin after all, how were they supposed to handle such a dangerous mission?

Before the arguments could be quelled by the Hokage however, Kurai silently began to approach his desk, before picking up the mission scroll and walking out of the room as he bagan reading it over himself, actions that caused his fellow team members to fall silent due to shock on various levels.

A day later, the three found themselves sat around a campfire, only half a day’s travelling away from their target’s last known location. This was the point when the lone female member of the squad enquired just why Kurai had taken his previous course of action, and whether or not he was concerned about the possible outcome of the mission, questions which resulted in this exact, almost too relaxed reply.

“A mission’s a mission, it doesn’t really matter what letter comes in-front of it.”

This was one of the more “respectable” sayings that Kurai had picked from his father, something that had helped the teenager develop confidence in his own abilities, which was a trait that the seventeen year-old had been previously lacking.

However, just because this saying helped Kurai, that didn’t mean it helped everyone, at the very least not this squad-mate. After staring at Kurai for a few seconds, she replied with a rather furiously blunt “And what the hell is that meant to mean exactly? Of course the letter matters, it’s the whole point of the damn system!”

Needless to say, Kurai did elaborate on his explanation, though he did try his best not to make it seem like some kind of motivational speech, despite the fact that it more or less was a string of sentences which followed that kind of theme.

“Basically, if we focus on the rank of the mission rather than the mission itself, we’re going to do worse than we would if we didn’t, if not fail the mission entirely because we think it’s either too easy, something that is at our level, or too hard. Think about it. If we think the mission’s too easy, we’ll let our guard down. If we think we’re at the right level, we might get over-confident. If we think it’s too hard, we’ll not have enough confidence. However, if we just focus on the mission and try to get it done in the most efficient and safest way possible, not its potential difficulty, there will be no other factors that affect our overall performance.”

After this seemingly rather well thought out explanation, which seemed to have simply rolled off of Kurai’s tongue, the girl couldn’t help but fall silent. Everything he had said made perfect sense to her, there was no way that she could argue, so she simply hung her head in shame of her previous words, staring into the floor, her course of action causing Kurai to feel a little, strange. He had never caused a girl to become upset before, at least not to his awareness, so this was an entirely new experience, not one that he would ever want to repeat.

Three days later, the squad would return to the Hidden Leaf Village, the only sign that they had gone on their mission being a diagonal, fresh red scar just above Kurai’s right eyebrow, the work of a close shave from the target’s Kounai. As the three approached the Hokage’s desk, Kurai placed a rather unique piece of clothing on his desk, signifying that the mission had been completed.

Once the team had been dismissed, Kurai returned to his home, only to receive praise from both his parents, his mother easily being the most enthusiastic, while his father beared the most important news of the teenager’s life so far. It appeared that this A-Rank mission was actually a test of Kurai’s squad’s progress, to see just how far they had come as Shinobi. The reason Kurai’s team, Squad 5, had been given an A-Rank mission was to asses whether or not they could handle Jounin-Level tasks, which they had proven they could by coming back with only one scar. With this proof that the three of them could handle such responsibilities, they were each recommended for the rank of Jounin.

Four days later, it became apparent that Kurai was the only one of the three who was to be made a Jounin, since he was the only one to possess “sufficient leadership skills”, something which the two remaining Jounin agreed wholeheartedly to, while Kurai himself was unable to agree, since he simply didn’t. Much to the boy’s disbelief however, he had apparently shown many leadership qualities up until this point. The intelligence to formulate plans, putting the safety of others as the first priority, being able to instil confidence into his comrades, these were all key features for any leader, and Kurai had them all.

After much persuasion, Kurai eventually accepted his new title as a Jounin, it not taking him long to realise just how much more work he would have to do, which was indeed “such a drag”.

For quite a while, two years after his promotion, Kurai established himself as a well respected Jounin of the Hidden Leaf, spending as much of his time going out on missions as he did training himself. Since a few Chunin were promoted the same time as Kurai, the squads were shuffled around a little so that his previous squad remained it’s three Chunin and one Jounin formation, his father retaining squad captaincy while Kurai himself went on solo missions, occasionally training with his old squad mates. After becoming a solo Shinobi, Kurai began expecting to be assigned to a group of fellow Shinobi, whether they be Genin, Chunin or even Jounin, since it is very rare to have Shinobi from the leaf working alone, even the Anbu Black Ops typically work in unit.

Needless to say, Kurai is fairly adept in the use of his clan’s Hiden Jutsu, the Shadow Possession Jutsu, so much so that if he were to use it to it’s up most basic ability, to simply infiltrate someone’s shadow, he can restrain a ninja of about Chunin-level for around an hour quite effortlessly, an hour and twenty minutes at a push, though anything over an hour and a half would result in the twenty year old falling unconcious.

As well as mastering the basics of this Jutsu, Kurai has obviously developed to use it a much a higher level, up to the point where he has pretty much mastered every possible aspect of the Jutsu which is currently known to the Nara clan. He is capable of using the Shadow Neck Bind Jutsu (strangle an opponent with shadows) and the Shadow Sewing Technique (transform his shadow into sharp needle-like shapes which have a material form, which can penetrate both clothes and flesh) and Shadow Endgame Technique (attack with shadows that have taken a material form, each of which resemble extremely thin tentacles).

Kurai doesn’t rely solely on this Jutsu however, following along with the “Shadow” theme, he is also capable of using the Shadow Clone Jutsu, though he isn’t really a master of it. While he can create a rather numerous amount of clones at once, say around twenty fully functioning clones, all of which identical to himself, that’s pretty much where his current mastery ends.

Despite having a Lightning Nature, meaning that Chakra paper crumples up when Kurai touches it, he never really uses any Lightning Jutsu. Many believe that he simply hasn’t learnt any, but this is far from the truth. In fact, Kurai is actually capable of using one Lighting-Jutsu inparticular that everyone in Konoha should be more than familiar with.
Another thing that is worth noting is that unlike his father, Kurai is relatively adept in direct physical combact. While he may not have the masses of strength that other ninja possess, he is rather agile and dextrous, leading to him being able to use techniques such as the Leaf Hurricane without much thought, as well as leading him to be rather adept at handling the likes of Kounai and Tanto, both of which are actually stored in a pocket and sheath underneath Kurai’s Flak Jacket.

When you combine his intelligence with these levels of dexterity, Kurai’s ability in physical combat is made all that much of a threat, and when you combine it with the types of Jutsu he is capable of performing, it is clear why he is currently at Jounin level.

Since she is only a thirteen year old girl, her general appearance is far from impressive, including the fact that some areas are not fully ‘developed’. However, despite the fact that she may only be about 5’3’’, which is about average for a thirteen year old girl, and weigh so little that many adults are actually capable of lifting her up with one hand, she is one of the more beautiful girls of her generation, hence the attention she used to get from the boys in her Academy year group.

Serena’s face has rather smooth skin, and unlike the rest of her body, it’s shape is reasonably developed. Her eyes are of an emerald green colour, and her extremely long, naturally straight hair is jet black. While Serena’s hairstyle may be just a little bit strange, even for a Shinobi, it accompanies her general appearance rather nicely. The back of her hair is exceptionally long, and she ties it back in an exceptionally long ponytail, reaching right down to the bottom of her back, the position of which is remarkably similar to her squad leader’s. Rather than use a simple bobble to tie her hair back though, Serena opts to use a length of white bandage instead, since the bandage supports the weight of her exceptionally long hair much better. Serena’s bangs partially cover the Leaf Village headband (that she does indeed wear over her forehead, the two ends of its tie hanging off the back of head just underneath her ponytail), while leaving her eyes completely unobscured. The sides of her hair reach down to about the bottom of the girl’s neck, lightly curving inwards towards each other.

As far as clothing goes Serena wears a combination of both rather standard appearing ninja gear, as well as some relatively fashionable clothes. On her body she wears clothing which rather greatly resembles the appearance of a traditional kimono, though rather than being decorated with some kind of fancy pattern, the piece of clothing is of a plain, deep navy blue colour a pearl white trim, the main body of which is held together by a plain white piece of material that acts as a belt, wrapping around Serena’s body twice and being secured by a thin piece of rope. The ends of the sleeves of this kimono are held tightly to the girl’s arms by a rather long wrap of white bandage which reach about two thirds of the way down her arms, as well as running over the entire of her hands and stopping just before the joints of her fingers.

In a rather stark contrast to her upper-body wear, Serena’s legs are ordained by a jet black, skin tight pair of shorts which reach about midway down her thighs, along with a pair of fishnet leggings which run down to her jet black footwear, pretty much the entirety of the rest of her legs covered by a pair of fishnet leggings, which leave a little bit of a gap between themselves and her shorts, with yet more bandages holding them to her legs just above her shoes. On her right leg Serena wears a sheath for her Kunai, which she soon hopes to replace with a Tanto, attached via a simple brown leather strap around her leg which closely resembles a belt.

Bio: Serena was born into a family who isn’t particularly well known for producing high quality Shinobi, in fact, she is only the third in her families recorded history. Given these facts, one might begin wondering why Serena was even inducted into the Konohagakure Ninja Academy in the first place, after all, it’s not like she was expected to be a Shinobi. The answer to this question is rather simple, albeit rather odd.

One day, when checking upon the six year old child they had left to play in the back garden, Serena’s parents were rather shocked to find their daughter simply standing on the trunk of a tree, their daughter’s body parallel to the ground as she laughed at her current position for a good two or three seconds before plummeting back down to Earth and landing on her behind. Recognising this as a technique used by Shinobi, Serena’s father approached a Jounin-Level Shinobi who happened to live nearby and questioned what sort of action he should take with his daughter, leading him to be informed that she would probably be a rather successful student at the Academy.

Before long, Serena began to back up the Jounin’s words with solid evidence, by showing that as well as being much more adept than the majority of students in her class at Chakra control, or at least on par with them, she was also a very quick study, literally getting full marks on pretty much every test she was given. However, once Justu were introduced into the works, everything started to take a turn for the worse for the poor girl.
While Serena may have been able to control Chakra itself almost perfectly, for some strange reason she seemed pretty much incapable of performing even the most basic of Ninjutsu and Genjustu. While some students may have simply made rather small flames of their fire-type Justu, or made clones which looked like they had been hit in the face by a spade, Serena was simply incapable of these Jutsu.

Needless to say, learning this did take its toll on the girl, leading her to not turn up at the academy for a couple of days. However, she did eventually return, and discovered something she was indeed rather good at, a type of Justu that had seemingly completely slipped her mind. Taijutsu.

In her class, there was literally nobody who could beat Serena in Taijutsu, well, there was nobody that she fought who could at least. As well as being rather flexible, the young girl was also rather nimble, leading her to be able to learn all E-Level Konohagakure Taijutsu well before she graduated from the academy, as well as a couple of D-Level ones, which is particularly rare in itself.

Now that Serena has graduated from the academy, she expects to be assigned to a squad along with two other classmates. She has heard a lot about Jounin, though she is yet to see one face to face, meaning she really has no idea what to expect from her leader.

Personality: All in all, Serena is a pretty nice girl, willing to start a conversation with pretty much anyway and never really the one to decide that a conversation should end. She does posses a rather large amount of loyalty towards her companions, though if a dangerous situation should arise, her own fear towards the situation may overweigh this loyalty and cause the young girl to simply freeze for a while. While it may not be particularly common for this to happen, it isn’t really rare either, which makes her reactions hard to predict, leading her squad leader to often spend quite a bit longer formulating battle strategies than he normally would, so that he can compensate for any possible outcomes from Serena’s actions.

When it comes down to training however, Serena seems to have what could accurately described as an iron will. Whenever she is given a technique to learn she will learn it, no matter how hard it is or how hard it takes, probably due to the fact that she won’t accept being unable to do anything else, given the limits she has to go by already. However, Serena it is worth noting that Serena is most definitely not the one to teach herself techniques. The reason for this is that she simply lacks the confidence to, as she fears that she will make a complete hash of teaching herself and be unable to do the technique, even if she has a rough idea of how to perform it anyway. This fear of failure is probably derived from her need to not be seen as inferior to her fellow Genin, and is probably the girl’s only major negative personality quirk.

Despite the impression that Serena’s appearance may well give, she isn’t really too fussed about developing any relationships with the opposite sex, well, she isn’t particularly looking to begin any anyway. However, should a boy approach her who she finds that she likes herself, she wouldn’t really be the kind to say no either. The only real reason that Serena dresses the way she does is that she simply likes the clothes themselves, rather than feeling some kind of need to show herself off, unlike certain other girls.

To put it simple, Serena is simply incapable of performing any Jutsu whatsoever, which is rather strange considering the fact that she has pretty much perfect control over her Chakra, even at this young age. She is more than capable of using her Chakra to aid in, say, walking directly up a tree, and probably won’t struggle to much in learning how to walk on water, but as far as the likes of Ninjutsu and Genjutsu are concerned, they are physically impossible for Serena to perform.

To make up for this rather major fault however, Serena’s Taijutsu abilities are top class for a Genin, and could quite easily be considered as Chunin-Level. She is more than capable of learning C-Rank techniques, if not B-Rank, thanks to her flexibility and agility, but she also possess a rather large amount of physical strength, something you really wouldn’t expect from a girl of her build and weight, which often helps to catch opponents off-guard.

Her being with Kurai should be funny due to the large IQ difference. XD

That's actually the only reason I'd prefer her to be in Team 3. <.< >.> <.<

And that's the reason why she is gonna be in Kurai's squad Dark. Speaking of which, I'm gonna put up a rough draft of how the squads currently stand in the first post. Of course, they can change before the RP if anyone wants to.

Rokotsu has a well built frame, the muscles already evident on his body despite his young age. However, because of his muscular definition, something that resulted from heavy training at a young age, he currently isn’t very tall. His true height is only around 5’4, something that puts him on the shorter side when compared with other boys in his age group. He has lightly tanned skin, strong shoulders, defined arms and limb, not to mention the small six-pack that peeks out. There is very little fat on his body, excluding his rounded cheeks that still haven’t let go of their baby fat yet.

Despite the fact that his body is fairly developed, his face is anything but. Along with the slightly chubby cheeks, his nose is still like a button and his chin has yet to come to a proper point, preferring to curve childishly. His ears are a tad bit large when considering the rest of his facial frame, but luckily, his striking crimson hair manages to cover up most of it. Reminiscent of a 5 alarm chilli, it spikes out at random parts and ends right at the base of his skull. He doesn’t seem to have bangs, mainly because the front just spikes out as well, though they do turn to the right slightly. There is one particular point, however, located on the top of his head and since it seems to shoot towards the sky, it does add a few inches to his frame.

His eyes are bright amber, making them an almost unnatural yellow. Or at least, most people assume that his eyes are this colour. Truthfully, most have only seen him crack one eye open, the right either permanently shut or conveniently covered by his hair. He is capable in opening both of his eyes, but this normally only happens during battle, training, or when his emotions take over his sleepiness.

Rather than wearing a proper shirt, Rokotsu sports a long sleeved mesh shirt that allows for a near perfect view of his chest, though that isn’t his reason behind wearing it. The collar has a black trim and is cut in a comfortable circle around his neck. On top of his shirt, he wears a loose yellow jacket with the sleeves cutting off right at the elbow. However, instead of being bright in colour, it is in fact, dull so that he isn’t basically a walking target. It cuts off right around his hips and has no zipper nor buttons, so Rokotsu can’t close his second layer. There is black trim around the collar and on the open portion on the front, while a thicker portion goes down the back of the jacket and on the top of the sleeves.

His pants are brown in colour and end around mid-shin. They are slightly baggy and have a thin black line on both the inner and outer seams. The ends are also black, though that part is thicker, as are the pockets. A black cloth wraps around his lower torso from right above his belly button to his hipbone. Rokotsu also had bandages wrapped on all four of his limbs, hiding the thin metal plates strapped to his skin underneath. On his arms, they go from about the middle of his forearm to his wrists and on his legs, they start underneath his knee under his pants and go to his ankles. He wears black shinobi shoes and ties his hitai-ate around his neck. If travelling, he carries a black bag, but always keeps his bokken strapped vertically on his waist. The wooden weapon has a yellow guard and red ribbon wrapped around the hilt, akin to a sword.

Personality: Rokotsu is relaxed and calm most of the time, something that is unheard of when considering the other high strung and constantly on high alert ninja around him. He prefers to take his time rather than rushing into things, though he is anything but lazy. He will get it done and won’t make excuses about putting it off until tomorrow, even if it does take longer than others. He may come off as aloof and uncaring to those who don’t know him, but that’s simply because he’s good at keeping his emotions in check.

He does, ironically, have a certain type of intensity behind him. Even if he comes off as laid-back, he takes everything and everyone around him seriously. In his mind, no person is unimportant and even simple, little things like pulling weeds are significant to him. Rokotsu is also fairly proud in the sense that he hates showing weakness; to him, that is like admitting defeat. Whether he’s in pain, sick or just took a kunai for his teammate, he’ll refuse to admit that it hurts. Also, he dislikes asking for help and would rather finish things without what he calls ‘outside interference’. However, if he truly is in need of aid and others, not only him, is depending on he, he’ll finally relent to asking for assistance. In this sense, he can be stubborn from time to time and it can prove difficult to sway his resolve once he’s decided to do something or see it through.

Rather than thinking things through, he prefers to depend on instinct over logic. His first impressions of others are fairly important and often spot on and he seems akin to an animal from time to time when he depends on impulse rather than anything else. Nevertheless, if Rokotsu is without his 10 full hours of sleep a day, his skills and instinct are dulled and will continue to deteriorate until he get’s a good night’s sleep. He absolutely needs his sleep in order to function properly, lest he collapse on spot. In the early morning, he can get irritable if woken up early and even then; he’s sleepy most of the time. From time to time, instead of being ‘tranquil’ and ‘laid back’, he is actually dozing off, causing him to unintentionally ignore others. A deep sleeper, it takes a lot to wake him up seeing as he seems to be dead when catching up on some Z’s.

Bio: Rokotsu’s family moved to Konoha from Kumogakure a few generations back, meaning that they are fairly new to the village compared to the other families who have ancient ties to the Village hidden in the Leaves. Though there is little doubt concerning their loyalty to their fellow shinobi and Hokage, they have yet to divulge their reasons as to moving. Even Rokotsu himself has yet to find out, though he doesn’t really view it as a big deal. If the other Ninja aren’t suspicious of him and his kin, then he doesn’t really care about why his family changed villages. After all, he’s pretty happy to be here.

His parents, grandparents and even great-grandparents were proud Konoha Nin, past tense being that they are either dead or retired, though the former only applies to the older generation. The only exception is his father, who instead of being a shinobi, was a rather successful businessman who married his mother, a Jounin ranked Kunoichi before retiring to start a family. However, due to the nature of his father’s work, he was forced to move back to Kumogakure because of it’s bustling economy, even though he remains a proud Konoha citizen.

Thus, Rokotsu was fatherless for most of his life, leaving his mother and other family members to take care of him.

And his 6 sisters. They certainly played a rather important part in his childhood. Their ages range, the eldest a good 12 years older than him while the youngest pair of twins [ there were two pairs of twin girls in the family, something that caused headache for the family and village alike ] still had a good 2 years on him. You would think that being the only male in this situation would have turned Rokotsu into an effeminate mess, but fortunately, his sisters weren’t that cruel.

Ever since he was born, he was babied and adored by his siblings, though his mother disapproved of the coddling of the then-baby Rokotsu. However, as soon as the boy was old enough to walk and talk, they were immediatlyl set on making him into a great ninja [ and boyfriend, but he has yet to learn of that ]. Most of his siblings are all decent ninja in their own right, only one forced to retire early due to a crippling injury, and they intended for him to be the same, if not better.

As such, he started learning the way of the Ninja a tad earlier than most children that age. And as soon as he entered the Academy, he already had an edge over the others, though his teachers groaned when they heard the last name Hyakurai. Dealing with 6 of them in their teaching career was enough, knowing that his siblings, though nice, had the tendency to be hot-headed and electrified anyone who set them off. Another one was more than enough, and they implored for his mother to stop with the children. She finally complied, much to their relief, but that’s beside the point.

Surprisingly, though, Rokotsu was nothing like his sisters, personality wise that is. They did share many traits; whether it was the eyes, hair or jutsu style, it was easy to tell just who’s family the boy belonged too. Fortunately for the teachers, he stayed calm in every sort of situation, even acting like a gentleman from time to time, thanks to his siblings teachings. At home, they had insisted on handling their younger brother, taking him out of their mother’s hands and teaching him what was right and what was wrong. They taught him to never hit a girl, listen to others, proper table manners, how to not electrocute himself in the bath and let’s not forget; how to handle girls.

Because of his family experiences and teaching, Rokotsu became fairly versed in how to understand girls, ironically making him feel more comfortable with females rather than boys his age. He has experienced every single awkward situation, conversation and even heard a heartbroken sibling talk about how men were scum. More often than not, the redhead found himself the go-to man [ literally! ] whenever there was a female issue in the house.

Luckily, learning how to comprehend the opposite sex wasn’t the only thing that he became skilled at; a year or two later, he was handed a sword by his siblings as well, something that Ninja from Kumogakure traditionally used. However, that was where his mother drew the line, replacing the very real and very sharp katana from her son’s hand and giving the young boy a bokken instead ‘for safety puposes’.

However, his mother forgot to mention that the bokken given to him, though shaped like a katana, was actually a Suburito Bokken; in other words, a heavier and harder to use version of a bokken for training. Due to her neglecting to tell that fact to her son, Rokotsu simply assumed that the wooden blade he has now [ the same one passed to him all those years ago ] is perfectly normal, when in fact it is twice as heavy as a normal one.

The bokken became like a second limb to him over time and he learned to infuse the wooden blade with chakra to keep it from being sliced to half by real katana. Training with it from a young age, the only thing he did at home was eat, sleep and train, resulting in a slightly stunted height but the skills to compensate for it.

Despite his prowess with his sword and Lightning Jutsu, it soon became apparent that he was not good with water. Taking a bath he had no problem with; nor was there any issue with using water to amplify his own power. It was swimming that he couldn’t do, and any attempt to get they boy to learn a basic doggy paddle quickly resulted in having to safe him from a watery death. Completely incapable of treading water, he prefers to stay either on the shore or in the air, never in or directly on top.

Ever since he first received his bokken, he has always kept it with him, even in the Academy. This meant that very few Genin ever asked to spar or dared to pick fights with him, the weapon fairly intimidating despite the fact that it was wooden. And if someone did choose to fight him, friendly or not, the learned that just because it wasn’t sharp didn’t mean it didn’t hurt. They also learned that Rokotsu took his fights very seriously, almost as if he was fighting for his life each time.

Now that he has finally graduated, his family [ and sisters in particular ] is hoping that he’ll prove to be a good ninja, and while that’s also fairly important to him, he’s more concerned on trying to work out a sleep schedual that works so he won’t collapse on the first day.

Extra: Like most Ninja from Kumogakure [ though he himself is nothing but a descendent ], Rokotsu had an affinity for Lightning Jutsu, and most of his family share this trait. He knows a large variety of Lighting Release Jutsus, capable of launching torrent of thunderbolts or electrifying a body of water [ though he’s not likely to get near one of his own will ]. Because Lightning Jutsus use up the most chakra out of the five basic types, he has a larger chakra capacity than normal to make up for this.

Because it’s what he’s good at, Rokotsu prefers to stick with his Lightning Jutsus, though he does dabble a bit in Fire Jutsus to make up for the elemental weakness Lightning has to Wind. Still, he is nowhere as efficient with Fire Releases as he is with his natural elemental type. In addition, though he cannot cast Genjutsu for the life of him, he is a pro at dispelling it.

His taijutsu is well developed as he started training from a younger age, making him quick on his feet, rather agile and able to hit hard. Currently, he’s working on trying to incorporate his Lightning Jutsus with his fists, but that’s another tale for another day.

Something that is all his own, unlike the generic Lightning Release Jutsus that he knows is his ability to fight with a bokken. Adept with the way of the sword [ something that the bokken trains ], he prefers to stick with the wooden weapon rather than switching to the more common metal blade. Rokotsu has infused his bokken with chakra to make it stronger than normal, making it able to parry a katana without slicing in half and even block against Jutsus. Though not made to slice, he can easily break bones and knock out enemies with it.

However, to incorporate the best of both worlds [ his bokken and Lightning Jutsus ], he has picked up the technique of using his weapon as a medium for his Jutsus; either lacing the blade so that it paralyzes others on contact or using it launch even more dangerous Lightning Jutsus. Known to use the force of him swinging the weapon to fire off balls of lightning, the combination is a dangerous one.

Appearance: Minako stands at 5 foot 7 and weighs about 115 lbs. He is taller then most his age, and loves annoying Inako because of his height. He has slightly tanned skin, and black hair that stick out in the back and two stripes of bangs that go down the side of his face. He also has a scar going down the middle of his back. His kunai pack is tied to his right calf, his weapons pouch on his pants back right side.

He has pitch black eyes, this normally causing people to be slightly intimidated of him. He has a scar running down from the top of his right eye to the middle of his right cheek, given to him by his sister.

His outfit consists of a navy blue top with no sleeves. The collar on this shirt rises over his neck, and sometimes he conceals the bottom half of his face in the collar of his shirt. On the back of this shirt, the Uchiha Clan’s symbol rests on it. (symbol= http://images4.wikia.nocookie.net/naruto/i..._Symbol.svg.png ) he also wears two black arm bands, which go on both of his arms. He also wears two dark blue sandals and a pair of khaki shorts.

Personality: Minako is the type to keep to himself. He is very secretive, and rarely ever reveals, shows, or tells anyone his emotions. The only person he ever has, and even then it’s rare, is his sister Chiharu.

He is found mostly training, and pushes himself to his limits to live up to his father and uncle’s reputation, mainly to show the entire village that his father never did anything wrong. Called the spitting image of his father, Minako is very pressured and many people expect him to be just like his father. Even though his father is a rogue, Minako believes Sasuke is not evil, and is completely loyal to the Village Hidden in the Leaves.

Even though Minako tries to be just like his father, he is often exhausted when he gets home, which is around 10 or 11 at night. He is quick to show of in front of someone, especially Inako since it pisses Inako off. He is very well aware of Inako’s hatred towards him, and that’s why he shows off in front of Inako, to annoy the hell out of him and make Inako feel like he’ll never catch up to Minako.

Whenever Minako and Chiharu get in to fights, ever since the first bad one, he either leaves the place, or he doesn’t do anything except for block and defend, therefore being the punching bag of his sister. He is like this, because he feels bad for hurting her and no longer wants to, and doesn’t trust himself if they get in to a fight.

Bio: He was born in to the Uchiha Clan. His father was Sasuke Uchiha and his mother is Karin Uchiha. When him and his sister were born, his parents knew they couldn’t keep them with the war commencing, so Karin snuck in and put them on the orphanage’s front door, with a note begging the village to take them in even though they were the children of Sasuke.

He grew up in the orphanage until he was five, and then they were granted the very house his father and uncle grew up in. When Minako turned seven, he began training in the forest behind their house, pushing himself to his limits and often passing out in the area he had been training at, only to be retrieved by his sister.

When he turned nine, he was gifted with the curse of his father and uncle’s reputations, being expected by the village to be just like them. When he would talk to many people about his father’s age, they would call him Sasuke instead of Minako on accident because he looked so much like him.

When he turned ten, his training became even more intense, and he would pass out in the forest quicker. Whenever he didn’t though, he would barely make it home at around ten and go to bed without eating dinner.

He turned eleven, and his sister began talking somehow about how their father was a traitor. Minako believes she had just started believing and accepting what the entire village said. This resulted in Minako’s hatred and he attacked her out of fury. In this fight, Minako accidentally took out his sister’s right eye, and severely scarred her left leg. Chiharu managed to make a long scar down the middle of his back, tracing his spine, and a scar running down the right side of his face.

Minako hated himself for doing that to his sister, and thus whenever they get in to anymore battles, he either leaves or just defends because he doesn’t trust himself actually trying to hurt her anymore. Now, he trains harder then ever, hoping to clear his father’s name.

Extra: Knows how to use Chidori, though it isn't perfect and plans on making it stronger. Has 1st levelof Sharingan

Inako stands at 4 foot 10 and weighs 105 pounds. He is very short for his age, this normally causing people to make fun of him, and has slightly tanned skin. He has natural black spiky/messy hair. He gains the black hair from his mother, and the spikiness from his father.

He has light purple eyes, and wears a pair of blue goggles, which his father wore before him. He has three slashes across both of his cheeks like his father, and has his father’s smile. His outfit consists of a pair of white slacks, which reach the bottom of his knees. He wears a pair of blue sandals, and a blue T-shirt with a white top. He carries around a blue backpack whenever he is going somewhere, and his kunai knife box is tied to his right calf, his weapons pouch sitting on the right side of his pants.

Personality: Inako is a very headstrong kid, just like his father. He is never very shy, and is always up to meeting people. He is normally ignored though, seeing as how people fear him even more then his father had been because the fox is sealed inside of him, but Inako tests the limits of it as much as he can, a lot more then his father ever did.

He is a very big rival of both Minako and Chiharu Uchiha, seeing as how their father killed his own father. He is often found training and testing his limits, because he wants to beat Minako, because the kid is always showing off in class, and is the top of the class. In fact, Inako has sworn to kill Sasuke and Minako, seeing as how Minako is practically the spitting image of his father.

Inako is considered, troublemaker number three of the Village Hidden in the Leaves. Number one was his father, Naruto Uzumaki, and number two was one of his father’s friends, Konohamaru. He is normally found pulling pranks on the ninja that were great friends with his father, mainly Kakashi, Iruka, and Tsunade. The latest giving him the many bruises he is found with.

Inako, even though headstrong, never rushes in to a battle without thinking. He normally tries devising a plan first, and then puts that plan in to action. He never backs down or runs away from a challenge, always hitting it head first.

Inako plans to become the eighth hokage, since Naruto became the sixth and the seventh was reserved for Konohamaru. He is very determined, and therefore will never run from anything or anyone.

Bio: Inako was born in to the family of Naruto Uzumaki and Hinata Hyuga. He was regarded basically as royalty and a blessing by the entire village, seeing as how his father was the sixth Hokage. Inako grew up with his father always being busy, and same with his mother. When he turned 5 and was able to go around the village on his own, he did so to keep himself occupied.

Though, being the son of the Hokage, going off on your own isn't very smart. He was walking around the village and turned down an alley when he was attacked by a couple of thugs. They beat him and planned on holding him for ransem, but luckily Shikamaru had been walking down the street near the alley, heard the commotion, gone searching to see what it was, and saved Inako.

When he was brought home, his parents forbade him from leaving the house for the next few years without them. And, of course, this made Inako very mad. So when he turned 8, it became to much and he snuck out at night. Another thug attacked him, but it was only one and he had already learned some kunai techniques. Inako defended himself, and was able to kill the man.

That was the beginning of Inako's rebellion. Ever since then, he has gotten in to much, much more trouble.

Extra: Has learned Shadow Clone Jutsu, and a fewother basic techniques. Doesn't have the byakugan yet.
