Been using this skin for years (though doesn't look like I ever posted it here). If I recall correctly, I based it on the Manectric skin, but wanted it to be mainly blue instead of yellow.

The goal here was just to have a skin that was pink and grey, with largely light shades. Overall, it's similar to my previous skin, but not as harsh on my now-more sensitive eyes.

I did have my shiny Darkrai skin until around last month, when I decided to come up with skins for the XY Legendaries. Here's the codes for the three I've gotten done so far:

I'd make a skin myself, but I'm not sure what colors to use. So many choices..

I'm trying to use the lightest colors possible because I feel they have a positive psychological effect on me, but it's really heckin' hard to make light-colored skins with acceptable contrast levels. Here's my best attempt, based on the skin I'd been previously using. I miss the gradients, but they were making certain parts of the page darker than I wanted.

The first thing I did after joining was make a new skin. The default gray and red is a nightmare to look at, but because of how many items are affected by a single color, adjusting it is also a bit of a pain. It's kind of a poor choice to make the "main color" acting as both a text and a background at times, preventing your "background" from being too dark or your "text" from being too light unless you want massive eye strain.
Regardless, I'm in love with my custom theme and sometimes I forget that it isn't just how the site looks naturally. theme (click to show) hex (click to show)
