Erum, I might have missed this somewhere (there's a lot of information. *n*' ) but...how are Pokemon levels distributed? Do they just gain them in the RP, or do the leaders give them out, or what?
After a thread is completed, it is submitted to the mods for grading. After evaluating your skills for Activeness, Writing Ability, and Battle Techniques, you will be given a score maxing at 15. That score is the amount of levels you may distribute throughout your team in any way.

I'm going to add a note to Douken's comment. The maximum amount of levels a single Pokemon can gain from one RP is 10. Not only this, but certain other Pokemon have level modifiers.
