psh, you think those are underleveled? check out the team I used to defeat the E4 and Steven in Ruby.

At Sapphire
I won it with my Level 57 Blaziken; Level 50 Kyogre And my Latias, but I forgot her level. I didn't use the other pokemons in my party because they weren't necessary. Don't know about ruby, though.
