Trinket uploading issue |

Yesterday, I was working on a trinket, and when I finally got it done, I tried to submit it. However, every time I try to submit it, the site redirects me to the Information tab and when I click the submissions tab again, a pop-up comes up that says, "The image you attemted to upload has been rejected; it must be in PNG format." I went back and checked my image file on my computer, and it is deffinitely a PNG file.
Basically, what I'm trying to ask here is if anyone else has been having or has had this problem, and if there's any way I could fix it. Thanks for your time in reading this

Did you SAVE as png or rename the image?

I deffinitely SAVED it as a PNG image. I'm positive I did.
When I look at the image properties it says Type of file: PNG file |

Apparently older versions of Internet Explorer don't properly report the image's type, are you using IE, yup yup?

Just in case you still have problems (because I had the same problem but I wasn't using IE, I use Opera...) someone recommended this site to me: http://image.online-convert.com/convert-to-png .
But I think that would only be useful if you still have the problem when using a different browser... I think I heard that it won't help the IE issue... not positive though, and I don't have IE to test it out =p |
