Now that Round 1 is over anyone who, sadly, got eliminated can show everyone which egg was theirs. So I thought I'd make a thread where we can do just that! Point your egg out, share previous designs or revisions, talk about what eggs look great, all that stuff.
I would start, but I'm still in there somewhere.

Mine didn't do all that well, but I wasn't expecting much. Meant to be Edward Elric from Full Metal Alchemist.
 But I pretty much want to gaurantee that the Solgaleo egg in thread 5 is going to get first place at the end of this. It's so well detailed.

 Maybe next time I'll be able to make something that doesn't look like it's from minecraft. Or I'll make something from minecraft, so the blockiness works in my favor.

Heh, got narrowly eliminated this round. Honestly, I didn't expect to go as far as I did either way, considering I put maybe 20 minutes worth of effort into my egg, but I guess people liked it, which is good :p Thanks for everyone who voted for it! It was this one:

Oh yes, I should post my own egg! Here it is.
 When I started out I first wanted to make a Link-egg - with a sword and a hat on. But the canvas was too small. Instead, I started to try and make a crystal egg - perhaps to look like a crystal ball:   As you can maybe see I didn't get too far with that. But I then had the bright idea of putting stuff inside the egg! So I started off filling it with earth, then spriting a tiny sun - which it occurred to me to make a Solrock. Then I turned the ground into a Torterra, and it kinda snowballed from there. There's a Torterra, a Swablu, a Solrock and a Castform (Rain) inside the egg, if it's hard to tell. As I went through the contest I could see several ways that I could have improved it, especially since other people had the same idea as me. Which I guess isn't surprising. Anyway I'm very happy I (narrowly) got to the quarter-finals and thanks to everyone who voted for me! -------------------- |

Oh my god, I knew it was the Van Gogh-esque egg! tbh that was probably my favorite out of the rounds we were in together, I thought it had a lot of detail for such a small space.
