Seel is really cute, and I am a sucker for the classics, however, I like Spheal just a little more. It's just a little ball of cuteness. X3

I feel pretty much at an equal level for the two in terms of appearance. They're both very cute in their own ways.

Spheal, I've always have good experiences when playing Sapphire and Ruby. Seel on the other hand, is a total menace. I remember struggling through the Seafoam islands because of those darn Seels and Dewgongs. I mean, with Spheals, they are somewhat closely related to the game item, "Shell Bell." And I have to admit, the Shell Bell is pretty useful in-game.
