Slime Slugma+Ditto=34 Sugma?

As long as they're compatible partners and one of them is a novelty Pokemon there's ALWAYS the chance they'll breed more novelties.

You could try breeding your slime slugma with another slime slugma, or even another slugma, as breeding partners who "really like each other a lot" will breed more often, and you'll therefore have a better chance of breeding the novelty.

Ditto sucks at breeding novelties. Find some other rare Indeterminate Pokemon like Rotom or Spiritomb and breed it with that.
