i did read the 1st post and it said there was like 16/20 reservers or something so i thought there was room for more in the reserves bit >.>

Runi's request was made quite a ways back, and wasn't actually finished when the new rule came into effect, so it's a... special case. Actually, all the comments that got pushed were special cases, since they were made before the rule, but weren't actually worked on. So don't worry, Nickle, you're still getting your request. @Darkus Yes, because I am emptying reserves as I finish requests. You just forgot to read the part where it states you can't reserve spots when requests are closed. Either you skimmed, or didn't pay enough attention. And if you're going to quote, read the whole thing: QUOTE 2. When the queue is full, requests that come in afterward will be be put in the reserves - note that I will work on reserved spots in any order I prefer. You may not reserve spots when requests are closed!
