But seriously, yeah, I admit, I'm a pretty harsh and blunt person. I can't help it, it's just part of me. I try to keep it at bay but . . . *shrugs* I'm not as mean if you know me more. I'm quite nice on chats, just . . . blunt. XD

I guess I felt that the thread itself was a bit out line. I mean, it just randomly popped up there (which granted, that's how RPs show up, randomly) and had these grand visions. I dunno. I've been under a lot of stress. I'm going to try and curb the harshness.

As for the list of pokemon, it will happen eventually. I've just been very, very busy. My grandfather had been sick for a long time, and recently passed away, so I'm wrapped up in all the jazz. One day I'll have time to update the list.

Also, VOTING TIME. I want to know how many people think we should adopt poison type pokemon into our ranks.

i think some of the poison types, like oddish, aren't very sinister, but many of the classic villainous types, like arboc and weezing, are poison.

For the theme we're going for, Poison-type look like a great addition. And who says Oddish can't be sinister?

Running quickly through the dark forest with only the starlight to guide her steps along the path, the little girl wished fervently she'd left sooner, rather than be caught out here in this darkness. It was so easy to get lost in the forest at night, with so many winding paths to take through it's shadowed depths...

A sudden rustling in the grasses ahead of her brought her up short. Startled and just a bit apprehensive, she backed up instinctively, fearing some kind of wild Pokemon she might have woken up by mistake...

The sudden wind that kicked up and surrounded her was disconcerting, hundreds of flower petals caught in the breeze. Stunned, dazed, and confused, she turned, watching the strange, dancing slips of soft colour and fragrance swirling about her, around and around and around...

Vaguely, she realized that the grasses all about her were swaying gently to and fro, and a sound, almost like giggling pervaded her senses. Dizzy, she stopped turning, and looked down to see the small Pokemon by her feet, surrounding her...

An entire peck of Oddish, smiling up at her like mischievous children. Somehow, she remembered that Oddish were nighttime Pokemon, digging their roots into the ground during the day, and spreading seeds at night. Delighted by their small, adorable faces, she laughed, and almost lost her balance, before leaning forward and reaching to pet those soft, shining leaves and the round, plump cheek of the Pokemon immediately before her...

It giggled again, and danced backwards out of reach, and all at once, all the swaying, laughing Oddish stopped moving, shaking their leaves with the sudden cease of motion. The shaking seemed to knock loose dust from their leaves, which hung about them for just a brief, delicate moment. Then they began to sway again, and the dust picked up to fill the air, deep violet and strong in odour, clouding the air and swirling with the still-dancing petals...

"Oddish, Oddish, Oddish," they sang teasingly, as she stared at the dust in confusion. Then her chest seized, and at once she doubled over, coughing violently.

'Poisonpowder!' she realized, covering her mouth and trying not to breath in the stifling spores, as her lungs continued to rebel against her. Stumbling back, she turned to try and run, as another wave of disorientation hit her, and she fell to the ground. Lying sprawled on the path, she tried to push her body upright, still weezing and coughing...

"P-Please," she gasped, unable to breath as the poison filled her lungs. "S-Stop... Please!"

But the Oddish only continued to sing and sway, mocking her as she weakened, frail little human girl, slipping into darkness as she slumped to the ground...

And just wait until it evolves into Vileplume :P I could see one of them smothering a person even more ruthlessly.

And I think any pokemon can look sinister. Just look at what they did with Harley's Wigglytuff xD

I added a list of honorary pokemon that weren't birds but could join.

I really should get some more dark type pokemon...
