Stuck at 64/65 berries for wooper |

I'm on a the task of the unown exploration where the shiny wooper needs to be fed 65 rawst berries, and I've been stuck at 64 for a while. In fact, when I first saw the 64 I used my odd incense and the defog pass power and fed it a rawst berry, but the interaction didn't count.
Is this a known issue? Or did I do something obvious wrong? (I realize this sounds impatient, but I was trying to get 3 explorations done today...) --------------------  |

I'm not entirely sure about the timings but all interactions weren't being counted for a few hours, a few times last week. If you were caught during one of those times, that would have caused the problem. Much more likely that the last berry just hadn't come in yet, though
