My Graveler is 6 days old and the weather is currently sandstorm, but it won't evolve. Am I doing something wrong?

It has to be five days since you last evolved it. You evolved it a little over four days ago.

Alternatively you could always use some Eviolite during a Sandstorm and acquire a Golem from a Graveler prematurely.
