People who have loud laughter often have problems regulating their emotions, especially when it comes to anger.

1. Loud Laughter
Loud laughter is associated with aggression. This might explain why people who laugh loudly tend to possess negative characteristics like being antisocial and not having good social skills. They are thought to be less agreeable, conscientious and emotionally stable. In addition, they tend to be impulsive, but when it comes to expressing their feelings, they are unable to do so appropriately.
2. Anger
Anger is the feeling that overwhelms us when we feel wronged, hurt or threatened. It can lead to rage or violence and has been known to cause heart disease. People who tend to express their anger in ways that hurt others need to learn how to control themselves. A better understanding of self-control could help them to manage their anger and understand its consequences.
3. Anger Management
Studies show that regular exercise helps to reduce stress levels and ease tension. Yoga is considered to be one of the best forms of physical activity and relaxation techniques that can be practiced at home. Yoga can improve your posture, balance, flexibility, concentration, and breathing abilities. When done regularly, yoga will provide many benefits to your body.
