I would say Piplup, because of Empoleon, who is like the most epic Pokemon of all, except for Walrein but I don't like Piplup that much, and I absolutely hate Prinplup. Wow. That was a pretty long sentence. I could also say Charmander, because he was my first starter and i raised Charizard to his 80's before 6th gym. Bulbasaur because he was my 2nd starter and I got him to his 80's too, but not 'till Elite Four. Treeko is probably my overall favorite. Although he and Grovyle kinda' suck even Sceptile a bit, him and his evo's are epic. Grovyle isn't great, but the stage 1 starter is never very good. Ivysaur, Wartortle, Grovle, Marshtomp, Prinplup. They all suck. So I'm going with Treecko. The one everyone else hates. But my secondary vote is Charmander, Pinplup or Turtwig. Turtwig just cuz' he's cute and Grotle and Torterra are beastly.
Ohhhhhh wait. This was just Hoenn starters? WHOOPSIE! Swampert and Blaziken are really good but Sceptile's coolest! Not very good, though. My votes Treecko! I voted for Treecko. It's cool, calm and collected, and of course, Grovyle and Sceptile are absolutely awsm *v*
