Plot first. If this post gives some strange references, that's because part of it was actually made earlier, only a bit is truly wrote here.This RP is mainly about three to four humans who may be part mythical creature. Somewhere around their teens, they suddenly begin to see the mythical creatures around them. The mythical creatures have a dire need, because against them is rising another group called the Unknown Danger. This group is trying to overthrow human authority and pretty much rule the world. They are also mythical creatures. They have a huge amount of support in the mythical world, which hides from humans, as they want to finally express themselves. The main problem of the four humans is that the Unknown Danger(A rather ironic name as they're anything but Unknown) is very soon going to make their first very public stand. That would give Chaos a chance to rule supreme. Chaos is an especially fierce vampire who rules the Unknown Danger group. His name is well chosen, for if the mythical creatures were to be exposed, that's exactly what would happen. Chaos. Of course, probably Unknown Danger would be able to keep order fairly well, but there would be much violence. On their side, the humans have a small percentage of mythical creatures, any other humans who have managed to figure it out, and a Mysterious Oracle which caused their initiation into the mythical world.
You have the choice of being on either side, and you also have the choice of human or mythical.

1. Follow all forum rules. You guys know that.
2. Try to use correct spelling and punctuation, if you right click on a misspelled word, you get spell check. I know sometimes you just slip up and don't catch it.
3. I must accept all characters before they join.
4. You may have as many characters as you want, but be realistic.
5. Only one person gets to do 'a mysterious past about which there will be more later.' After that, it gets corny.
6. You can be a mythical creature, but not some weird obscure thing that only you and one other person has ever heard of. I will make a list later in the post.
7. To insure you read the rules, you must add a sentence which uses only words with double letters, like book, princess, etc. It does not have to make sense.

There are also quite a few strict rules if you want to play a human character:
1. Only one human character each.
2. There has to be three to four humans before the roleplay begins.
3. If there are already two humans of one gender, the next person who makes a human character must make a character of the opposite sex. Sorry.

Of course, this does not included everything you can be, but includes a lot.

Animal Type-dragon, unicorn, hippogriff, manticore, bigfoot, minotaur, water dragons, pegasus, chimaera, sphinx, pheonix, drakefae, ghouls, griffin, ogres. I can't believe that's all I can think of.

Human Shape-elves, centaurs, satyrs, faeries, vampire, magicians (witches and wizards), nymphs, gnomes, goblins, sprites, werewolves, shapeshifters, mermaids, giants, cyclops.

The main difference between the two is that human shape creatures have the power of speech. Some of the animal type creatures in this can use telekinesis-sphinxes,dragons, drakefae-but that's not the same.

Personality:Moxy is a feisty little girl, and, despite being young, she is quite the leader. She likes to tease.
Appearance:Moxy's chief peculiarity is her eyes-the left is one is blue, which is not so unusual, but the right is a strange shade of red. Her hair is died very carefully, starting with a thin strip of yellow and generally giving the appearance of a spectrum, and plus the fact that she wears it almost covering her right eye on one side a up in spikes on the other, it gives her a very rakish appearance. She also wears an orange bandana, and her clothes are rag-tag. Her ear has two small earrings in it at the top.
History:Moxy has grown up in the streets of New York, New York. She has always been an orphan, and she tends to hang around dark places, darting from shadow to shadow. She now leads a band of raucous young thieves. They don't harm, but Moxy occasionally likes to stage a kidnapping, smiling mischievously at the victim the whole time, making them nervous. She and her band of thieves only take what's necessary to live pretty well in their old abandoned house.

Age:29
Species:vampire
Good or Bad?:Bad, of course!
Personality:Evil and calculating.
Appearance:His skin is bone white. His eyes are a deep crimson, and Chaos has razor sharp teeth that always show. He has extremely black hair and wears black suits and a mustache. He looks very debonair and english and cruel always.
History: Chaos doesn't really have an mysterious past, but anyone who knew it has long since died at his hands. Or fangs, so to speak. He kills for pleasure, not waiting for the hunger to take him. He leads a group called the Unknown Danger of which there is more about in another place. He is rarely seen, even by night creatures.

Odd question, but have you ever heard of a Drakefae? Kind of like a fairy sized(or doll sized) dragon with butterfly wings...kind of new as it is mainly in games like EQ((I've only seen them there as I don't play many p2p games))

If not, we don't have to follow the personalities setting, right? Sorry for asking the obvious... XD But I may be easily confused at times.

Again, if not available could I be a dragon who starts off as an egg one of the (hopefully nice) humans finds and hatches? >.> Me and being a hatchling dragon....Might have something to do with me calling my self Newt the Baby Dragon as a kid.....I think that will be my characers name ! ^^

Sorry, this is a really sad question since this is my RP-but what is a personality setting? I don't remember writing that.
And I don't mind the Drakefae. Never heard of it, but that's okay. Newt is an interesting name.
Lol, it would be funny if someone pretended that their character forgot what it was occasionally and called it a dragonfly. Probably one of the humans.
Also, i wanted to inform you and anyone else that is interested that if you want to do a human with an eigth or so of something mythical, in them, I highly encourage it. At least it gives us a reason as to why they are chosen.

Well you listed the kind of personalities the different mythical creatures had.

Also, some special notes in case we get a lot of people to join. Elves are really tall, often over six feet, water dragons are more like sea serpents than dragons, dragons are often solitary and grumpy if found, vampires only drink blood on nights with no moon, and only if they're completely vampire, witches and wizards are almost always bad, yetis are very rarely seen, faeries, sprites and nymphs will tear your hair out if you so much as crush one of their leaves, gnomes and goblins hate people and do everything they can to make their lives miserable, people can see werewolves and shapeshifters in human form, so they stay out of sight, and sphinxes, dragons, and possibly chimaera and unicorns can use telekinesis.

Like, what if I wanted to have a vampire that didn't follow the feeding times and would drink blood every night?

Anyway, yay! hatchling drakefae! *imagen the size of the kid barbie dolls I guess. Or maybe they are bigger than a doll....Yeah; I guess the adults would be bigger....they did get big...*thud* my heads hurts.....

Hahah! Sorry for confusing. Ok; I guess I could set the parameters for the drakefae then....I guess....From what I remember seeing*in EQII* A hatchling would be the size of a barbie doll, and a grown up one maybe the size of a golden lab. Being invisible to humans(like I imagen the fairies are *shrugs*) there size is not really a handicap; except with other mystics....

Okay! That's great! I guess you have a point. I'm going to edit that part into a new spoiler or a chart or something.
And I wouldn't mind an irregular vamp or whatever. Doesn't matter too much.
But please, hotrodman28, don't spam. I realize that you are bored and haven't yet worked up the energy to actually make a character yet, but it's annoying when you do that. Although I agree that dragons are awesome.

But for the security senence, I sorta think the (don't read this unless you are summoner, I really want the rules read)

double letters should be together. But I believe you read the rules, so it works.

It would be interesting if someone found the egg, thinking it a pretty pebble, and accidentally warmed it by putting it into his pocket. I think you wanted something like that?

This is rather fun, because it's almost a private rp without actually being one. I think I'll create the actual RP soon, it's my habit to let the signups collect a few people before I add the RP. Hasn't collected much yet, though...And I can sort of see why.
Anyways, I advise you to revisit the first post, I changed it quite a bit. Only one spoiler I changed, though-the my characters one. I added Chaos and another one I thought might be handy to introduce them into the mythical world. And then stab their backs when they're not looking. But oh well, she works.
I've probably edited this post twenty times already. I wonder what would happen if you could see all the edits lined up. It would be interesting, to say the least.

I'm sorry >< I am just like that....also I has a question, though it may be stupid, for each of you.

1) Though it was not believed back then, it is common in stories and etc. to give the mermaids the ability to gain legs and walked among humans as a human, but if they get wet they turn back into mermaids. Is that allowed in the rp?
2) If it is, Fiorre does Desteny have that kind of ability?
