I'm looking for Trainers / Wild Pokemon who give out the most EVs, pref the ones in Atck and Spd.

Does anyone know where I can find the best ones?

I think theres a fisherman on Route 205 that has 6 Magikarp, that makes for good Speed EVs. Or you can go into a cave and kill off Zubat.

And I guess you can kill off wild Bibarel and Kricketune for Attack EVs (each one gives 2 points).

###############################################################################
Section 1.2..............................................................Attack
###############################################################################

Where: Route 202
Who: Shinx (1)
Comments: Not really a great place, I recommend it only be used because it is
the first place available. And the shinx dont really come along that often
without the pokeradar.

Where: Route 212
Who: Kricketune (2) Bibarel (2)
Comments: It works too, much better than shinx.

Where: Route 208
Who: Bibarel (2) Machop (1)
Comments: I think this route has less variety in pokemon than the one above,
making a bit better. I could be wrong though.

Where: Acuity Lakefront
Who: Snover (1) Machoke (2)
Comments: This is one of my favorite places to train physical sweepers. The
only other pokemon around here all give speed EVs. Namely Sneasel, Meditite,
and Medicham. Handy. See the speed section for exact details.

Where: Lake Valor
Who: Seaking (2) Gyarados (2)
Comments: Higher level wild pokemon, and you need to beat the elite four to get
the super rod to catch these guys with. Otherwise fine.

Also note worthy is Unknown, found in the cave right of Solaceon Town. I didnt
list them with the above because they also give Special Attack EVs. They give 1
attack and 1 special attack.

###############################################################################
Section 1.6...............................................................Speed
###############################################################################

Where: Route 201
Who: Starly
Comments: Yeah, it is slow, but it is the first place I the game. They appear
often though and even more so with the pokeradar.

Where: Caves With Zubats and Golbats
Who: Zubat (1) Golbat (2)
Comments: There are tons of caves, and almost all of them have these pokemon.
So instead of picking one, I just wrote this.

Where: Trophy Garden of Pokemon Mansion
Who: Pikachu (2) Pichu (1) Staravia (2)
Comments: I like this one, it is pretty easy. And remember that everyday a new
pokemon is put in the garden, which could add more to this list.

Where: Lost Tower South of Solaceon town.
Who: Zubat (1)
Comments: Why list this again when there are better options? Ghastly also
appears here, which give 1 Special Attack point, making this a good place to
train Special sweepers.

Also you can fish just about anywhere and find Gyarados for 2 Atk EVs each.

Seaking also gives Attack EVs, IIRC.

If you have Pokerus and a Power Anklet, you can get 60 speed EVs by battling a fisherman to the west of Eterna City.

To the west of Pastoria City, there'll be a patch of grass with a bog to the left of it that has both Bibarel and Kricketune. They both give out 2 attack EVs each. If you use a Super Rod at just about anywhere there's water, then Gyarados and Seaking both give out 2 attack EVs. Probably better than the Bibarel/Kricketune one.

You might as well just ask somebody to trade you a Pokemon infected with it that is still able to spread it. Pokerus is really hard to get.

Get a Pokemon with 'Poke AIDS', have that thing start a battle with a Wild Pokemon, switch with the Pokemon you want to get it but doesn't have it yet, make that Pokemon win. It'll probably get Pokerus. Not 100% chance, though. May take a few tries.

I can trade you a Pokemon with Pokerus. I have plenty.

Now if I start off by giving my pokemon vitamins, will that affect it's training in anyway? Each one gives it +10 to the said EV correct?

Yeah, but a Pokemon can only gain a total of I think it was 500 EVs from vitamins. The other 10 must be earned by battling wild Pokemon.

Minor correction; they can get all 510 from Vitamins. 100 per stat, and there are six stats, so you can get 500 plus another 10 for one stat.

IMO, vitamins are useless once you get the bands and Pokerus, since you can get 10 Speed from a Rattata for like 10K less.

Staraptors give +3 Attack, though.

For EV training speed, there's a guy with 6 Level 10 Magikarps.

If I were to put a Pokemon out, and then switch to another which faints the opposing Pokemon, would the first Pokemon get the same amount of EVs as though it won?
