There are some pokemon I'm curious about. First off, how would you evolve and get pokemon like Glaceon, Leafeon, and Magnezone? Those location-evolving pokemon.
Second, are shinies possible? Of course they have the 1/800 rareness, but do they ever show in PANE?
Third, while I'm at it, what of legendaries? Do they even appear in PANE, or are they just myths? I'm guessing myths but I want to be sure.
In PANE, Glaceon, Magnezone, and the like are treated as happiness evolutions. Ask a mod for permission to evolve.
Both shinies and legendary encounters are restricted as contest prizes only. Contests are held whenever the mods feel like it.
That sounds fair.
