As some of you know, sometime today 2 bombs went off in Boston MA. They found a total of 4 bombs. 2 of which did not go off. There are many serious injuries and some deaths. Pray for Boston and its' victims.

Is that really necessary? Really?

I love how quick idiots are. This isn't the first time - I'm not defending anyone, but I remember about people earnestly claiming that the "russia meteor being actually a test bomb from usa", for example. You don't waste a second to put blame on others with nonsense. How ignorant can you be? Everything is reason to flame. What about the victims? What about what actually just happened? "Oh, pfftch, toss that aside - let's war, right?"

I know about it. I had cancer treatment in Boston. (Let's not get into any conversation about that. That's not what the thread is about) Fortunately, everyone I knew in Boston has been accounted for.

I was stunned when I saw that this had happened..I was in Boston on vacations the entire weekend..Me and my dad rode bikes down by the waterfront..Its scary to think that we could have stayed an extra day and been at the race..

Even last year, a relative ran the race and we were there..it could have been last year.

You mean Boston, US.
And yes, there were four bombs, but three went off. Two at the marathon, one at the JFK Library, and the last one at a hotel. The final one was removed by the police.
I agree, this is a shocking and tragic event. Too many of these seem to be occuring- and not just in the US.
And Elegant Elephant is right- what the world needs is not more hate and war.

The only reason this is even a big deal is because it was on American soil. The truth is, the way humanity constantly divides itself is only going to perpetuate the existence of terrorists. Terrorism is unavoidable, and in America I think there's a sort of illusion that people put themselves in that "oh, terrorism doesn't happen here hahaha"
